The airbnb looks like in the pictures.
We were super exited to stay there. Now we did occur some down sides. Lets start with the game room. All 3 arcades are in chinese there are no labels on the bottons so we wouldnt know what to oress to start the game. So we never got to play the arcade games. The playstation wouldnt work either. While my kids were playing in the arcade room they found a bottle filled with pee behind mario. While we did get an apology for it there were no compensation made for it. Moving forward there were a few things broken or loose at the house that i had to take pictures of right away because i wasn’t trying to get charged for it. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom that belongs to mickey mouse has very low water pressure. But besides these thingS house looked like pictures pool was nice house was iverall nice for a big family. Amenities inside the facility was nice waterpark with lazy river

Coming from NY to florida every year for a family vacation always trying nee locations; this has to be a favorite. The clubhouse is walking distance… although you can drive. We chose to take in the community views. The clubhouse is definitely a great spot to go to if you want a break from a rental… the drinks and kids drinks hit the spot.. even when raining you can still lounge there.

One thing i would recommend… the airbnbs rental space pool is close to a main road and would suggest some privacy fencing and maybe a broom to sweep up after myself (others) when having to stay for a week. Other than that no negatives. Absolutely phenomenal stay !!! A MUST STAY …. That game room will keep the kids entertained when you need some quiet time ?… MOMS RENT THIS PLACE… coming from a mom of 4 !!!!

This house was a fantastic find! The spacious open layout and excellent location made it the perfect place to stay. We only needed to use the freeway when traveling to and from the airport. Everywhere else, we were able to take back roads, which anyone familiar with Florida traffic will truly appreciate. The home offered an impressive range of amenities, including a pool, movie room, game room, and fun themed bedrooms that the kids absolutely loved. The beds were also very comfortable, which is always a huge plus when traveling. Overall, this property provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout of the house was perfect and our daughter loved the games room. The house is well equipped with everything you need and a lovely little touch with the starter pack especially when you arrive late. Decor is nice. Great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. Outside pool area was very functional. The only downside is the main road out the back however the sun sets out the back so it made up for the noise. The on-site amenities were perfect. The clubhouse and pool area was great for a day out at the pool! In addition, the outside surrounding areas was perfect for a morning or evening walk. Highly recommended!

Overall, we had a good stay. The home was generally clean, the neighborhood was fairly quiet, and the community staff, including the security guards, were very friendly. The host was also very responsive and always replied to my messages in a timely manner. There were a few areas that could be improved. While the house was mostly clean, we found a water bottle left behind in one of the bunk beds from a previous guest, and there was loose trash outside when we arrived. Because the listing mentions a $50 fee for loose trash, I felt it was necessary to take photos and notify the host to ensure we wouldn’t be held responsible for something that was already there. The game room was a nice feature, but some of the equipment didn’t appear to work, and there weren’t any instructions explaining how to use the gaming systems, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy that space. There was frequently noticed the smell of marijuana, which was hard with asthma.

Overall, we still had a pleasant experience.

Beautiful clean home that is great for families with children. Be mindful that the home backs up to the street, so when in the backyard/pool, you will hear and see traffic and people walking by. They can see you as well. Communication with the host is typically via A.I. so specifics are difficult to obtain when making inquiries. Also, use of the grill and pool heater costs extra, which I didn't see mentioned. Otherwise, the home is pretty good and is about 15 minutes from Walmart and other stores.

this trip and stay was totally about my children they absolutely loved the house the playroom and pool was the best for them all they got to choose their own rooms (boys) and the girls wanted to bring their room home ? I will definitely recommend this place for anyone with small children and will be staying again when we return next year ❤️

The house was great felt like “home”, with that being said, I was NOT comfortable with the people surrounding the house. The employees that work for the clubhouse are extremely rude. I never used the clubhouse for that reason. If you are not from the culture, group of people that dominated the area, you are NOT welcome and they make that clear. I wouldn’t rent again because of the area, not because of the house it’s self.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive. The place looked like the photos. When we arrived and walked through the house my grandkids eagerly awaited as every door opened and they saw the themed rooms throughout. My grandson kept saying “This is Awesome.” Having the pool out back was a great treat! The resort was nice and gave the kids a lot to do when we weren’t in the park. We had a great time and definitely would stay again.

Our family had a beautiful experience with this home. It was beyond our expectations, with such amazing rooms, so well thought out with such great details. We would definitely use this company again in any of our upcoming adventures! Thank you!

We had a brilliant time in the house which immediately felt like a home away from home. Fantastic facilities for our rest days away from the theme and water parks, the children particularly enjoying the gaming room, private pool, and resort pool. Well decorated, allowing a calm atmosphere for the adults but also magical for the children.
Location not far from Universal and Disney, but we didn't fully appreciate the amount of traffic so travel times could be up to an hour. It would not deter me from staying again, but would have been a good to know in advance.

Our instance was super we had a great time in this house, it has a lot of entertainment for all ages in the game room, very comfortable beds very spacious all rooms and the entrance through the resort gate without problems thank you Magic!!❤️

The house was a great base for our holiday, good location for Disney and felt so peaceful and safe being in the gated community. The pool and club house were an added bonus, as was the games room!

Amazing decor, felt luxurious and was very comfortable.

We would have loved a bit more natural light (windows were blocked by beds or just too small for the size of the property), plus kids bedrooms didn't feel as clean as the master suites.

Overall we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the coolest house we have stayed at in Orlando, and we’ve stayed at many! Our toddlers loved it. There was a pack and play with a mattress in the closet which was so helpful with our baby. The kids rooms are decorated with so much detail, super cool!The theater room and game room were fun features. It was very cold during our stay so we were not able to take advantage of the club house waterpark but we will definitely be back to do it all again! If you want to maximize the fun during your stay in Orlando, this is the house. Host was very responsive and attentive.

Amazing place and host

Had a great stay for the holiday week! House had so many fun elements & decor, plenty of rooms for our two families to stay and relatively close to the parks. Gated community with community pool and basketball courts which our kids loved.

We loved the house. We had a great time here, the kids chose staying in the house over going to a theme park.

Place was great for 2 families of 5 (6 kids ages 4-10) visiting universal and Disney. It was a 40 min car ride to Epic and 20-30 to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood. Everything was just as described. We didn’t rent cars but Ubers were readily available and seemed to know how to enter the community. Pleasantly surprised by the community pool and cafe/ bar.. felt very much like a resort. House was really just stocked with the bare minimum - no coffee, spices etc. very small bars of soap for body/ hands. Helpful to have had washer/dryer access. Would highly recommend as an alternative to staying at a Disney resort.

This Airbnb is great value for its price. Genuinely one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed at - the cinema room, the themed bedrooms, the games room, the modern living areas and the proximity to Disney are fantastic. I have no notes, the attention to detail is unreal and the house is amazing! I will definitely be saving this house to hopefully return to in the future!

Great place to stay, quiet, easy walk to neighborhood pool area, kids loved having the pool right out the back door, nice spacey house, every room was clean and beautiful, hosts were very responsive, only setback was they do charge extra for use of the BBQ grill.

This is a beautiful, well cared for home. The themed rooms were so fun! It is obvious that a lot of thought went into creating immersive rooms that were professionally constructed to look like you stepped into a storybook complete with lighting and sounds. We’ve stayed in rental homes around Disney many times but none was as gorgeous and well managed as this one.
The entire house was clean and smelled so nice. Well stocked kitchen and everything looked new, including the furniture. We could tell the hosts are serious about creating a comfortable and inviting space.
The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t visit the clubhouse but it looked like the amenities are maintained. The drive from the house to Disney was easy to navigate. Overall, we have such high praise for this house!
