The house was just as described. VERY spacious for our family of 5 to have their own beds and space. The house was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was absolutely spotless and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Towels were very limited compared to most other Airbnbs we've stayed in but we made due with the washer and had a few extra bc we were well under the guest limit...but if you have the max number staying there then you should definitely plan on lots of washing! The pool area was nice to have and provided a little bit of relief from the hot Florida sun. The community was nice and had great amenities....we did not use the community pool but it looked fun! They also have a small gym and small but fun gameroom at the clubhouse. The community was very crowded and we had lines of cars parked in front of our townhome but we had no problem parking behind the house, although it might be an issue with more than 1 car. Although busy with guests, it was very quiet & enjoyable.

The problems we had were mostly with the property and not with Magic. Check-in was irritating and long, but that was not Magic's fault. The property is currently changing from coded entrance to card entrance and I think it is causing confusion. Also, we could not understand why they are not giving id tags to each car. Most resorts will have something to identify the car to the unit. That was a big problem because someone parked in front of our garage and we had no way of knowing who's car it was. Neither did security. The car ended up being toed and we lost out on getting to our destination that day. We contacted security at 6:45 a.m. and security did not remove the car until 10:45 a.m. Had we known who's car it was, we simply could have knocked on their door. The other issue was the pool was not heated properly. We paid for it to be heated when we arrived, but it took 2 days to resolve and we were not offered compensation although we paid on time. And the heating was not cheap

This house was fabulous and Magic was prompt to respond to questions. Best showers with hot water I have ever had at an Airbnb and water pressure just great. The place was just as he described . My family enjoyed our stay and would return again!!!!

We got into town a little early and they were able to accommodate us to also rent the home the night before our scheduled stay date. Magic was very responsive to a few questions that’s we had. There were 7 adults and 3 kids in our party as well as our dog and we all fit very comfortably. Rooms were spacious and home was clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend to a large group family or group of friends looking to stay in the Kissimmee area. Community area has a nice pool, hot tub and lazy river. Would stay again for our next family trip!

The house was spacious and looked just like the photos. It seemed clean overall. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms. Closer to Disney World but far from Universal studios especially with the terrible traffic. The general area lacked good dining options. Parking for 2 vehicles was difficult since the street parking was very limited especially during the weekend.

We had a nice stay. There was plenty of room for our large family of 9. The host was very nice in allowing us to extend for an additional night last minute.

Casa excelente, localizada em um condomínio muito bonito e tranquilo na região de Kissimmee. Bastante espaço interno, quartos e banheiros amplos. As únicas observações seriam em relação às camas, com colchões muito macios, o que pode não agradar a todos e, também, a pressão muito forte do chuveiro nos banheiros. Porém, são pequenos detalhes que não prejudicaram a estadia nesta casa ampla e confortável.

Very clean home, close to all Disney parks.
Street parking was a bit annoying, but it was a good thing we had a garage. Smart TV’s in every room. Overall a great stay and would stay again

I recently stayed at this charming townhome for a weekend getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and welcoming the space was. The townhome is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, and cozy bedrooms with plenty of linens and towels.
Communication with the host was excellent. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, this townhome provided the perfect base for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Check in was super easy. The house was super nice, clean and very big. Our family enjoyed the comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the showers (big deal to us lol) we slept very comfortably and REALLY enjoyed the private pool and the clubhouse pool and lazy river. They have every appliance and utensil you might need in the cabinets.. I was surprised that they even had an InstaPot. The washer and dryer helps us to pack less and means less laundry for when we leave. They even have a play pin & high chair! On top of that the host was very responsive to any questions we had.

So many restaurants, retail stores, gas stations etc., less than 10 minutes away.

Quick access to theme parks & movie theaters. Plus so much more to do in the vicinity of the home!

Overall it’s a great place to stay in a great location. If you don’t want to you don’t have to go spend thousands at a theme park.. we didn’t and the children in our family STILL had a blast.

We loved staying at this house. It was great to walk to the community pool and playground. Kitchen well equipped with appliances, dishes and even plastic children plates. Very child friendly and spacious.

This was perfect in every way. It greatly contributed to us enjoying the magic of Disney.

This was the perfect place for 3 teenage boy, a 9 year old girl, my husband and myself, along with my mama! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of space for our group to hang out together or let the teens do stuff on their own, The kitchen was perfect for cooking big meals and the pool was perfect fun for our family! Thank you for helping us make memories with our teens while we still have time with them.

The house was very nicely styled in a quiet community. It was very close to Disney as well as many food options.

This place was awesome! The pictures really don't do justice. The entire house was very clean and had a lot of room for my family! We also brought our pet dog and she loved it as well. I'm so glad we picked this place. We will be back! Thank You, again.

Enjoyed our time in Orlando staying in this place. It was clean and looked like the pictures. The kids enjoyed the well decorated themed rooms. The pool was kept clean and clear throughout. The beds were comfortable. The host clearly is experienced and gave plenty of helpful information. She was also quick to reply to communications during business hours.

House was a short walk from the neighborhood amenities. Kids loved the lazy river and the free arcade games. The workout room was a great bonus, but got a little packed early in the mornings. This was a busy time of year and so we faced a good amount of traffic on the commute to the parks. But overall, this was a good, clean, place to stay that offered a lot of value for the money.

Loved the place, beautiful home and plenty of beds for all my family. Loved that it has 4.5 bathrooms, never had to fight of who takes a shower first. I felt like I was back home. Always responsive , would definitely come back again.

The home was perfect for our vacation! It’s a beautiful home, looks so much better in person. It’s was clean and cozy. It has plenty of space, the kids watch tv and played in the family area. There was a tv in every room, the kid’s room had parental control. The pool was a bonus for the family to enjoy on days we relaxed at the home. They provide plenty of cookware for us to prepare meals for the family. We had a last minute request and the host were gracious enough to accommodate us. We recommend this home and would definitely rent it again. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was nice and clean when we arrived, everything was set up and any questions that we had were promptly responded to. There was ample space and soo much already set if for us. The clubhouse pool was magnificent and the environment of entire neighborhood was peaceful and charming

Home was in the perfect location with great amenities ! The location is a bit more busier on the weekends but more relaxed during the week. My children loved taking a dip in the pool each day , getting extra practice on their swimming techniques. Host was great! They were very quick to respond to whatever questions we had! I can tell the owners put a lot of thought into decorating this home. It is gorgeous! I absolutely love the decor of this townhome. Everything was so nice ! Host is very accommodating to big families including those who have pets. We brought our fur baby along for his first vacay and he warmed up very quickly. He felt at home … which is out of his character as he is very anxious and timid about new things . I definitely recommend staying at this home if you’re looking for a place in the perfect location near EVERYTHING, comes with great amenities at the resort, and a beautiful home …. Need I say more . ; )

A very cozy and stylish upscale townhome that suited our four children perfectly! The pool heater worked wonderfully and the kids couldn’t get enough swimming time. The mattresses were probably the most comfortable of any Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The water pressure in all of the showers was insane and al rooms were immaculate upon arrival. Mulcy was very kind and responsive to any questions we had.

We rent vacation homes in Orlando on a regular basis and this home has been one of the best. Everything is as described and very clean with a homey feeling. The neighborhood is also nice and the clubhouse has great amenities. We will definitely return!

The property was well maintained and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the Mickey Mouse themed room while we enjoyed the king bed in the master suite. The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the activities at the club house. We look forward to coming back again soon.

I decided to that I wanted to take my family on a holiday vacation for Thanksgiving. Let me say that I was more than impressed with this home. My family & I enjoyed everything about it! It was very spacious and gorgeously decorated. The property manager was easy to reach and also very accommodating with any questions or issues I had and addressed them right away. I will most definitely return again.
