Pet Policy:
- Let us know if you are bringing a pet (how many, weight, breed). Max weight 35 lbs; 2 small pets max.
- Additional Pet Charge: $125 + tax (per pet)
- Pet Damage Protection: $250 (Refundable)
Any pet-related damages are guests' responsibility. Charges for repairs will be deducted from Damage Protection or card on file.
POOL HEATER:
$25 + tax/day; must be requested at booking or 3 days prior to check-in. Minimum 5 days. Spa only warms with pool heater on. Operates 7 am-7 pm, temp 82°-88°F (varies seasonally). Functions less effectively near freezing. Recommend heating from Sept-May.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax for BBQ use; guests exchange propane. Includes cleaning and wear.
LONG STAY CLEANING:
Reservations over 21 days require extra cleaning; prices depend on home size. Regular Cleaning (includes towels and linens) is the same as booked cleaning cost. Mid-Stay Cleaning has no linens/towels washing, priced lower.
Laundry service available. Limited towels based on occupancy; no extra sets or washcloths.

For additional services (Pool Heating/BBQ), inform us post-booking. Electronic signature request for rental agreement will follow (Airbnb guests excluded).
PACKAGES:
Packages accepted during stay left at doorstep; not responsible for lost packages. USPS not recognized as delivery for vacation homes; UPS, DHL, FEDEX accepted.
PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, or golf carts permitted.
HOUSEKEEPING:
No daily cleaning included; mid-stay cleaning available for a fee.
FOOD:
Florida law prohibits leaving open food; all will be removed post-checkout. No condiments/coffee provided prior to check-in.
