Great hosts and an even better house. Our family loved it.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our needs! The specific location also allowed us to have a great view to watch both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot fireworks from the patio every night we weren’t out at that time. Highly recommend. For what it’s worth, I had seen a few reviews of the overall resort itself (not necessarily this unit or property management) having issues with neighboring noise or long waits at the entrance gate - we had zero issues with either of these.

We had the most wonderful stay here, the house was beautiful and was everything we hoped for and more.

Whenever we had a question the team responded almost instantly and weee extremely helpful.

When we have stayed at previous villas and have paid for pool heating it normally takes a day or two for the pool to reach the temperature but we were thrilled it was heated and ready to jump in as soon as we arrived (which the kids did!)

We will definitely be returning and I can’t recommend it enough!

I stayed at this AirBNB for a week with my family and we had a wonderful time. The house was very beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils, pool towels, and appliances. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and having a cozy dining area. The pool was also very clean, warm, and safe. We paid a small fee to have it heated, which was worth it. The pool area had a fence and a lock, which made us feel secure with our infant children. We also loved the location of the house, which was close to many attractions and shopping centers. We had easy access to Disney, Sea World, Disney Springs, The premium outlet mall, Walmart, and Target. The host was very friendly and responsive, and gave us clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would recommend this AirBNB to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Florida.

This property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The communication was perfect and details given were precise and accurate. Would absolutely search there listings specifically for future home rentals. It was a great experience for the whole family.

My family and i stood here for a few days . The home was beautiful. The furniture was very nice . Felt like home . Both children and the adults had tons of fun in the arcade room . We truly enjoyed family time at the resort near by . The pool was had cool lights ! The bbq was a hit ! We will definitely be back again! Amazing host ! Beautiful home ! We had a blast !!!

Great place! The house was incredibly clean and matched the description.

We chose this for a getaway with our daughter, son in law and grandchildren and we had a great time. The features of the house were exactly what we were looking for and we felt right at home. With the pool, hot tub, number of bedrooms with bathrooms in each, the great kitchen with the large island, the Harry Potter themed room, and the amazing game room, we never left the entire weekend. We simply relaxed and enjoyed which is what a getaway is all about. The host was very responsive to our questions and was so helpful. We would definitely love to come back for another getaway.

Me and my family loved our stay!! The house was immaculate and everything was cleaned and set up for us when we arrived. The house is super spacious with large rooms and in-suite bathroom in every single room! The pool and spa were great and the host helped us out with everything we needed. Other than that, the gated community has an amazing pool area, with mini-golf, a gym, an arcade and much more. Will definitely be returning and 100% recommend it!

We got exactly what we paid for, this place was amazing!!! Perfect for a family and very accessible. I would highly recommend this location and we will use this location again!!! The pool, hot tub, kitchen and space make this a great location.

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Host was responsive and easy to reach. It was nice to have the option of taking advantage of the community resort centre amenities but when returning back to the house in the afternoon or in evening, we had the pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi itself had sun exposure all day while the lounge area is shaded and covered. We also noticed many nearby homes did not have jacuzzi’s so an extra plus for this house. Would also recommend the pool heat.

The home itself was as described and matched the pictures. Plenty of space for large families who want to share a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Great location in proximity to the Disney parks with an awesome private heated pool at the house or small “water park” within the community! We will definitely be back!

Great house and amazing amenities! Very spacious living areas and great open floor plan for entertaining. Host was very responsive and helpful!

This villa is exactly as it looks on the website. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and spacious, with plenty of crockery to cater for a large family.

The outside area is well equipped with a heated pool and jacuzzi, and bbq (both available for extra payment), comfy seating and table and chairs, along with a smart tv.

I would like to add though, the villas are built back to back, with pools adjacent to each other, and very close together. Unfortunately we had an issue with noise very late in the evening/morning for three nights from another villa who were ‘partying’, so bear this in mind if this is not something you would appreciate.
We completely understand that this was not an issue that the management company were responsible for, although they were very helpful and when requested they supplied all numbers to contact roving patrol.

The rooms in the villa are comfortable and each have their own bathroom. Each room has a smart tv for you to log onto. Two of the rooms are decorated to suit the children, and also with bunk beds.

There is a games room, which would benefit from being a little better equipped, with maybe some board games, but it’s decorated wonderfully and has a pool table and an air hockey. Unfortunately the advertised Xbox did not work, and was removed but not replaced. Again, this is up to the owner, rather than the management company to attend to.

The area itself is serviced with a few eateries and a Publix supermarket for your general groceries. However, we felt it to be a little far for daily travel into Disney, due to huge amounts of traffic. What would normally be a 30m drive would inevitably turn out to be almost double that, but for a resort or relaxing stay, it’s ideal.

Windsor island resort is a developing resort, however this house was not affected by noise from any building works in the surrounding area, as it has established villas all around it.

The clubhouse resort pool is in excellent condition with a toddler pool, large main pool and a lazy river with a couple of small slides. There are plenty of umbrellas for shade and cabanas for rent.
There is a bar serving a small range of food and drink, a small store selling snacks, and there is a games room which has a selection of electronic amusements for the children which is free to use; a big plus when the weather turns! There is also a small putting area to play fun golf.

The management company were outstanding and could not be faulted with their almost immediate responses to any queries we had.
We would not hesitate to recommend them when considering renting a villa for a Disney holiday.

When we checked in we had to sit in line for about 20 minutes. The home was neat and clean and big. The bed were old and lumpy and very uncomfortable. The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable. There was very little cooking pans and no condiments not ever salt or pepper. You have to pay to heat the Jacuzzi or use the barbecue. When we arrived the home was extremely hot I called the owner and his response was it was a hot day. I took over a day to cool down the home. The refrigerator and freezer took over a day to cool down we went grocery shopping and all the ice cream melted because the freezer was not cold.

The home is just as pictured . We had ten guests and there was plenty of room. We would stay again if we were in the area

This was extremely nice and great for families! We all enjoyed our time here at the house and on the resort property! The area is very safe and would recommend this house to everyone!

We loved this house. It is very tastefully decorated. Even though we had some issues with the pool heat is was resolved quickly and also quickly refunded. We had a baby with us and they provided us a pack n play and a high chair which was super helpful. They give enough stuff basically for your entire stay it lasted us- Bruno, their maintenance manager was outstanding and we can not say enough about him. He really is truly a gem! Overall great house, good pool and spa and a good stay.

Loved everything about this property! We were experiencing a horror story with a previous rental property and needed to get out ASAP. Found this gem available and we were checking in within hours. Cleanliness, modern decor/ambiance and communication with the management team 10/10! I’d definitely book this home again!

Home was just like the pictures. Everything was nice. Kids enjoyed themselves especially at the water park and the pool at the house. Great place to travel to with your family.

The home worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of sleeping space, the garage game
Room and pool area gave more space to hang out and the clubhouse pool was wonderful. I really can’t think of any complaints I would have and would definitely recommend this home to another family looking to stay in the area. It was also nice to have the smaller private pool for some night swimming.

Book it! Absolutely awesome place with everything you need! Place was spotless and was everything we were expecting. communication was great, very clean, have booked many other properties in Orlando and this one was my favorite, I suggest ordering the POOL HEATER we're glad we did. House is exactly as pictured! Beautiful clean space. Games room / BAT CAVE was super cool. Great community and common area was perfect for our kids to play. Limited sun exposure in the pool area. Good for hotter days but not great for tanning.
