Pet Damage Protection Fee is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received after our check out inspection.
Any damages caused by the guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay is the guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from the guest's Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional for an extra $25 + tax (13.5%) per day and this must be requested at the time of the booking or at least 3 days prior to check in.
Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a hot tub or a jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December.
Kindly inform us if you want the pool heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb, we can send you a payment request after you complete your booking.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house.
We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
LAUNDRY:
We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests.
Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets and guests can use the washer and dryer that are inside of the house.
We do not provide washcloths.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

GARBAGE:
Trash has to be bagged and put into trash can with lid CLOSED to avoid littering. If the bagged trash does not fit in the trash can, it has to be taken in to the nearest dumpster in the community. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a penalty fee.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your check in to your email address on file.
You will go straight to the house and use an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and outside by the back screen door near the pool machines.
After you've booked your home, kindly inform us if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
When the reservation is complete, you will you receive an email requesting an electronically signature for our rental agreement. Please look at your junk mail to find it (Airbnb guests don't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
You may send packages to the home during your stay. It's recommended that you always send them to the Serenity Clubhouse. The receptionist will keep the packages and fees may apply if package is not picked up after 2 days.
Sometimes, deliveries will be left on the doorstep of your house, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after check out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee or cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

My family and I have stayed in a fair number of AirBNB locations over the years, and I think this was my favorite. It is possible to tell that this is a rental location as the place is not in 100% perfect condition (for example, an upstairs door must have had a crack that was repaired and you can tell it isn’t a perfect door). But, it helps make you feel a little more “at home” to know that it’s not perfect. The kitchen had a good amount of dishes. They were rental quality baking/cooking items, but they worked. The only thing I was wishing for was a meat mallet. I typically bring my seasonings with me, so I didn’t check to see if they had any already there. The pool is small and it wasn’t the most pristine pool I’ve seen. But, it does cool you off if you are hot. The TVs are hooked up to streaming so you can watch streaming through whatever service you have an account through. Overall, I’d say this was the most comfortable place we’ve stayed.

It’s the perfect spot for family vacations! I booked a hotel for more than twice the price that was not nearly as nice as this property. This is definitely the way to go during high season. There’s nearby grocery stores, gas stations, parks, and restaurants. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The home is beautiful with modern amenities. Hosts are very nice and responsive. It made our vacation so much better.
We enjoyed our stay- great private location and home had everything that you could think of that you may need. Pool was a great size to lounge in and we loved that it was pet friendly
They saved the day as my original reservation for another listing left me stranded but the Magic Vacation folks came through last minute with a quick response. The place was clean and pleasant as advertised in the pics. nice, relaxing stay. Highly recommend for any Orlando trips!
This house is just as described, but better. It was clean, smelled good, and was well decorated. The pictures don't do it justice. I love that every room has a bathroom! It's about 40-45 from Universal and the Convention center, but we loved the location. My family and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's (our daughter does competitive cheer) and this was definitely the nicest one we've stayed at! We will remember Magic Vacation next time we come to Florida!

Amazing place to stay and close to everything. Disney was 17 minutes away. The home was very clean, neat and beautiful. Owner was available to respond any question we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home vacation with a private pool. Very spacious and cozy. My kids loved it. When I come back to Orlando I would definitely book this place again to stay! Best place
