2503 – Veranda Palms Resort

My family stayed here for a week while we visited the Disney and Universal parks. The house was very nice and my kids loved the pool table and outdoor pool. The house was provided a welcomed retreat from the crowds after being in the parks all day. I'd would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at the house. It was bigger than we needed but for the price and the private pool and having the larger space gave us more room than just a traditional hotel room. Easy check in and great communication. Host was responsive and accommodating to any questions we had. We would def return if we are back in the area.

Casa enorme muy bien cuidada y equipada en una zona tranquila y a la vez cercana a los puntos de interés. 20/30 minutos de cualquier lado (universal, Disney, aeropuerto o cualquier otro lugar de interes). Las camas súper cómodas y los juegos de pool y tejo, geniales. El patio trasero tiene una piscina muy cómoda (la cual no usamos por ser invierno). Todo perfectamente cuidado y las instrucciones clarísimas. seguramente volvamos.

Enjoyed it.

Enjoyed our weekend getaway. Loved the heated pool option and the kids loved the Moana and Mickey rooms. The game room was a great hit for all ages. Loved the security of the gated community. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again next time we’re in the area.

this was our 2nd stay at this place and it was just as great as the first! Perfect location near all the theme parks and local stores to easily grab some items if you need them. The themed rooms and are great additions to the home especially if you have small ones. Spacious, clean, easily accessible and full of amenities/activities to do. Don't pass this up!

Easy to find, very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a family Christmas.

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of space. The neighborhood was easy to find and only 20 minutes from the parks. The only draw back for us was there weren’t any ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Both my husband and I like it very cold when we sleep, but that’s just a personal preference. Luckily the weather wasn’t too hot during our stay so it wasn’t too bad.

Nice place everything clean and good working order. Don’t waste your money heating the spa it does not get better than like warm. Other than that perfect

We had an amazing stay at this villa!

Pros: 1) Excellent location for Disney parks, really quiet and well maintained site. 2) The pool was amazing and worth every penny (you need to pay for the heating if you intend to use it). With the heater paid for it was the warmest pool I’ve ever been in. 3) The villa’s communal areas (lounge/kitchen) were great with very comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen. 4) Beds were very comfy and lots of storage.

Cons: 1) The communal pool was unusable because it’s so cold. 2) There were quite a lot of expectations on us in terms of making sure the pool was topped up (but no instructions how to do this). Some of the automated messages on check in/out were very lengthy and quite direct. 3) We also had a few things not working (ice machine, lighting, jacuzzi bath and the oven set the fire alarm off every time we used it - despite having the extractor fan on), they were able to fix some but not all.

We would absolutely stay here again!!

Amazing house with great amenities in a great area! This is my first time staying at an Air BnB and there were plenty of house rules which I suppose is common. Nothing I would deem unreasonable. The experience is worthy of 5 stars. The layout, the pool, the decor all amazing! 5 star experience!

Great area close to restaurants and shopping. House was beautiful and great weekend get away for adults or a family.

My family and I stayed for 9 days and my children loved the Disney themed rooms! That made it extremely magical for them. The other two rooms are just as beautiful. Was about a 23 min drive to Disney world. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, would definitely recommend.

Home was nice & spacious, loved the way it was beautifully decorated. Out back where the pool is has 3 different areas to lounge at & relax, so there was always a great spot to chill & just enjoy the environment. We honestly debated on staying in the home the whole time versus our activities because it was that comfortable!! 10/10

Lovely home and close to everything!

Great location for Disney parks and responsive hosts. Optional extras such as pool heating is a little steep when you consider the overall price. Unfortunately the communal pool was unavailable during our stay. If you intend to put trash in the bins outside then be aware this will likely be raided by wildlife.

Magic was one of the best host we have had so far, responded quickly,super helpful and patient with us. Stayed flexible with us from arrival until we left, Will absolutely be booking with them again next year.

Checkin was easy, hot tub only gets hot if jets are on. Make sure to take pictures before you leave as they said I broke the bathtub which I don’t even know how a person could break that and informed me I’d be getting billed. Ice machine was broken. I personally would not stay here again as it’s not with the money or trouble.

This home was simply amazingggggg; everything was exactly like the pictures posted ,friendly neighborhood , guard at the gate was friendly easy access to enter , if I can book this home again for me and my family when visiting Kissimmee I will anytime. The home was beautiful and clean and spacious we felt right at home. Plus it was close to Disney which is why we rented the house in the first place. This is a great place for you to stay and enjoy your vacation with your family.

Perfect home for vacation. Great pool/hot tub and game room. Beautiful, clean home. Comfortable beds. If you plan on cooking, BRING EVERYTHING from spices to oils. Well equip with dishes/pots/pans/appliances etc. Hot tub was not heating the first night, sent a message and it was fixed the following day. Would certainly stay again!

We had an amazing stay. We couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our week.

Our stay was very comfortable. We had a problem with the pool heater that required some time to fix but was eventually resolved to our satisfaction. These things happen but we were happy with the outcome. The house itself is very nicely furnished and decorated. Great kitchen. Could use some upgrade on pots and pans. Overall we would be happy to stay here again!

Located in a gated community this house was huge. A perfect fit for a big family or group and has lots of amenities for everyone. Unfortunately we didnt get to use everything because we we're in and out of the parks daily but we wish we stayed longer! Kids will love the theme bedrooms, private pool, and community pool! Restaurants and theme parks arent that far of a drive and it was always wonderful to come back to a home after a long day walking! Book it now if you're visiting walt disney world or universal!

Good stay

This Airbnb is nice and clean! It was around many stores and it didn't take long to get to Disney from the location. The rooms were so gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool. Everything was exactly as pictured. My family enjoyed the home.

Awesome place to vacay in. Had a great stay

The place looked as it was described. When we checked in we noticed tiny ants all over the house, reached out to host telling them of this issue they scheduled it to be taken care of but they didn't come till the day before we checked out. We had several food items destroyed by ants. There were two nights that it was very noisy-the last night of our stay the house beside us had loud music playing from 10pm-6am. Other than those two issues the stay was good. The house is very nice! The host did a great job of communicating! We'd stay again!

We’ve rented homes all over the Orlando area for 30 years - this location is absolutely the BEST for being centrally located to everything we wanted…will definitely stay here next trip! House was recently updated and done beautifully - the Moana and Mickey rooms are cuter than the pics and our 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter LOVED them. Very nice property!

Great stay Feel like home !

Stayed here during our escape from Hurricane Ian. The house had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Kids loved the themed bedrooms and we all had enough space to spread out.
If you plan on cooking bring salt and pepper! And cooking oil as there was none provided.

This place is amazing ! Very carefully thought out and worth another visit, has everything you need and more and is located near all the main attractions.

We loved our 2 weeks holiday at the villa, and would happily recommend it to anyone. The location is very convenient being so close to Disney World. The villa is huge, with a great layout. Our kids especially loved the games room and the pool. We also liked going to the club house pool which is just as good as it looks on the photos. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, plates and cutlery. There was also a lot of towels, both for bathrooms and the pool. Magic Vacation clearly take good care of their villas, and responded quickly to any questions. They also took great care of the pool maintenance and the house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had no complaints whatsoever and found the description to be entirely accurate. Thank you Magic Vacation - we had a fab stay and look forward to coming back.

This was place was perfect for our family and provided everything we needed to make us feel comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the pool! The safety gate and high locks on the sliding doors were a plus, and added that extra sense of security.

Perfect spot for a Disney vacation. Close to shops, easy access to Disney and such a nice place.

La mejor experiencia con el equipo de Magic Vacation, me respondieron cada preguntas en forma ágil y eficiente, la ubicación de la casa es inmejorable, todo muy cerca, desde supermercados y farmacias, pero si tu intención es compras, existen centros comerciales muy cerca con las principales tiendas, pero lo que quiero resaltar es que la ubicación de la casa nos permitió disfrutar desde la piscina de encuentros desde flamingos, venados, nutrias y un pequeño alligator que hizo aún más inolvidable para mi y mi familia nuestra estadía, todo en una forma segura.

Todo funcionó perfecto, lavadora, secadora, estufa, microondas y una serie de electrodomésticos que encontraras en la cocina incluido su lavaplatos que nos dejo tiempo para disfrutar más en familia, las habitaciones más que funcionales y espaciosas, definitivamente les recomiendo esta casa.

Our stay in Kissimmee was fantastic and a big part of that was because of this house. The house and pool was beautiful and incredibly clean. We never had to clean the pool with the skimmer even once. There’s plenty of TVs and apps when relaxing there and it’s in a gated community. Water park area and fitness room were great as well and we enjoyed them! Hosts communicated quickly and was very kind. The house is a busy but lively area of town where there is plenty to see , do and eat.

This home was amazing and close to everything. Walmart was less than 5 mins away with everything we needed near by. The drive to Universal was less than 30mins. The home was very spacious. Our group of 10 fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation home with a private pool. Owner was available to respond any questions we had.

The house is located in a nice gated community, with a great view and close to everything. Overall a great experience, the small issues we had, were fixed easily and the crew from magic Vacations was always available to help us. Very worth the money.

The house was nothing short of amazing! My family really enjoyed this house! It was very clean, in a great location. The pool was great and there was plenty of pool towels and regular towels for all of us! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay.

"BEST VRBO Experience"

We have rented 4 times through VRBO. All were good with one exception. But Veranda Palms has been by far the best rental so far. The house was very clean and everything worked. The air conditioning was more than adequate for the time of our stay and the pool was always warm. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool and workout facilities at the community's center are well maintained.The house is an end unit which provided for a little extra privacy and even more nature views.

The only two things that some people may have a problem with is the fact that the house was directly under a flight path for a small regional airport. We actually enjoyed watching the planes landing and the landings occurred mostly during the afternoon so it was not a problem sleeping. The televisions were ROKU TV s and it was a system that we really are not familiar with. We did manage to get to Netflix and use our subscription to watch shows there.

All in all a tremendous stay at a reasonable price.
