Absolutely no complaints, the house was perfect for our family vacation. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and great living spaces. The host was responsive and friendly. Target, Walmart and plenty of restaurants are nearby for quick eats or dine in service. One thing to note for future guests: pack washcloths as there are only hand towels and bath towels that are provided in each bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with our stay. The house itself is fantastic—beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely well equipped. We didn’t take advantage of the surrounding amenities, but the home was perfect for what we needed.
The only minor inconvenience was the entry process at the gate. The barcode scanning created a bit of a backup, and it might help if both lanes were open to keep things moving more smoothly.
We didn’t visit the community pool during our stay, so we can’t comment on it. We did notice some police activity there on Sunday late afternoon, but it didn’t affect us at all since we were out during the day.
The property management team was excellent—very responsive, and their automated messages were clear and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return

We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were a few maintenance issues that came up during our stay, but they were very prompt and resolved them in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay! The house was exactly as described. The house was very clean and neat upon arrival. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We went for Disney and the location was super accessible. Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic’s place! The house is as described with plenty of room to accommodate a group of people. The house/neighborhood has many amenities which were awesome as well as the proximity to Disney. A couple things that were disappointing were the additional fees to use things like the grill or to heat the pool. We paid to heat the pool but upon arrival the pool and hot tub were not heated and that was the first thing the kids wanted to do after checking in. We were told we would get a reimbursement of some sort, but as of the day after checking out, I am unclear what that will be. Secondly, we had our Thanksgiving dinner at the house and planned to use the double oven to cook the turkey and our sides. The bottom oven was not cleaned and smoked when turned on and the oven racks provided could not handle more weight than a pizza. While they offered to clean it after our dinner, it was disappointing this was not thoroughly cleaned ahead of the holiday.

The house was absolutely beautiful and was super spacious! It was very easy to navigate to and everything was very clean inside. The hosts were very responsive and gave us all the information we needed for an undisturbed stay. Wished we had more time to spend at the home because it was such a lovely day to use the clubhouse during our check-out date.

Other than the additional charges for pool heating and grill usage, we had no complaints. We were able to utilize the kitchen to cook meals for the family and the kids really enjoyed spending time with each other. Would recommend this home and can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay with the family! 20 mins to Disney, Epcot etc. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something. The communal pool is beautiful!

The space was amazing and so comfortable. There was ample space for me and all my family. We were very close to the Disney parks which was very convenient. Everything was very clean and organized. I would absolutely recommend this home.

The house was beautiful! Perfect for a large family and friends! Enough space, beds/rooms, and bathrooms for everyone. We really appreciated the extra privacy screening added to the pool screens!

I stayed here recently with my family while attending a beloved family member’s funeral. The home was absolutely lovely, spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which brought us peace during a difficult time.

The host was extremely communicative and transparent throughout our stay, which we deeply appreciated. The house had everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt friendly, a little lively at times with families enjoying the pools nearby, but nothing that disrupted our stay.

Overall, this was a beautiful and well-kept place to stay during a hard week, and I’m grateful we had such a warm, welcoming space to return to each day.

One of the best homes we rented in Orlando! 100% you will not be disappointed! The home was absolutely pristine, there is so much space for everyone, loved the 2nd living room and game room. The community has 2 awesome pool. The larger clubhouse has a nice lazy river, slides, a bar and DJ, so we spent an entire day lounging at the pool area. Get there early for seats and lazy river tubes though! This particular home is also right across from a large green area which was perfect to take our dogs for walks. We were 6 in total with 4 teens, ages 14 to 17 and they had an absolute blast! Everything is just as described and the pictures are incredibly accurate! We would definitely book here again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Magic House in Kissimmee on Protagonist St. The hosts were responsible to questions and very helpful turning the heat on so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub. The house and bedrooms were very clean, and the kitchen had just about everything to help us really enjoy our stay. We would recommend this home to any guests and would stay here again. Nice touch on the game room.

The house was amazing, very big, spotlessly clean, beautifully laid out and with all the amenities you would need for a family of 10. Distances to parks, old town Kissimmee and international drive were all approximately 20-40 mins drive away.

Communication could not have been better, always very prompt and really helpful.

Shame the cost of the bbq and heating of the pool is not included in the price but I was still very happy with what we booked and would definitely stay at this place again and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Beautiful home, clean, game room was a plus for the kids. However, they do charge for everything little thing, such as $50 to use the grill and $25 to heat the pool, which I think should’ve been included in the stay for free.

This place is an absolute steal. The price is phenomenal for what you are getting. The house is absolutely immaculate and they did not cut any corners with cleaning like I’ve seen at some airbnbs.

The location is extremely safe and quiet, in a good location, and neighbors are polite and respectful.

The house is huge and the bedrooms are great, pool and hot tub are also great. This is a good find for a family with kids or a group of adults.

The host is extremely responsive and proactive with communication and I was able to find all of the information I needed to make my stay flawless.

I don’t come to Orlando too often, but next time I do this will be the first airbnb I check availability for. Thanks guys!

We had a great stay!!! We heated the pool and hot tub and we used it the entire time! The house was fully stocked with all the things that you would need to cook and host your family or friends… Had an amazing time and would definitely come back! Host was beyond communicative

Os condomínios e as casas são novos, cercados por florestas e lagos, cada um deles possui uma ótima área de lazer com piscinas e academia. Os arredores favorecem muito a caminhada/corrida e possuem vários “malls” por perto com todos os mercados e lojas de departamento das mais conhecidas. The home looked as the pictures did. The home is very spacious and had a good layout for larger groups. The pool was nice! I would suggest to all staying bring your own supplies, they only provide the bare minimum. I would stay here again.

The house was wonderful and just as described. Magic was responsive to questions and noted any issues we sent. It was easy to communicate, easy to get in an out of the house, and enjoy the amenities. The kitchen had lots of plates for adults and kids, and many kitchen gadgets although we didn't use many. The rooms and lines were clean and the beds were comfortable. it was easy to get to and from Disney and other locations as well. My daughter left her lovey behind and after a little back and forth, they were kind enough to send it to us free of charge which demonstrated quality customer service. As a result, we would stay in a Magic house again.

Place was awesome! Will definitely be back! Had a few issues with the internet (which wasn’t the hosts fault), and they sent someone out immediately to get it taken care of for us! Couldn’t have went better!

Wonderful stay for our vacation! The house was as described and it’s in a gated community, which definitely gave us a sense of safety. I will be the first person to tell you that my family and I usually avoid making reservations through Airbnb with a company because of some bad experiences in the past, but we’re glad we took a chance with Magic Vacation. They were responsive and able to fix any issues we had promptly.

La maison était très bien équipée et propre, parfaite pour notre séjour en famille élargie à 10 personnes.

Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y avait pas de linge de vaisselle de rechange. Nous avons d'abord pensé que l'équipe de ménage avait oublié d'en laisser. Nous avons contacté l'hôte, l'avisant que nous aurions besoin de linges supplémentaires puisque nous cuisinons pour 10 personnes. On nous a répondu qu'un seul linge de vaisselle serait fourni avec une photo de la liste d'équipement, et qu'on s'en tiendrait à la description fournie. Cela est un peu ironique : les électroménagers sont haut de gamme, il y a des télévisions dans toutes les chambres, mais impossible d'obtenir 2 linges à vaisselle. Nous avons donc dû aller en acheter nous-même.

Nous nous serions attendu à plus de bienveillance de la part d'un hôte AirBNB (mais c'est une compagnie de location). Nous suggérons à l'hôte d'ajouter 2-3 linges supplémentaires à leur description. De ce fait, il n'y aura pas de problèmes. Merci

Amazing stay! Host definitely caters to the needs of families. Traveled with littles and had so many special amenities provided from toddler cutlery to high chairs), kitchen well stocked with updated appliances and ample dining ware. The pool/jacuzzi was amazing!! The clubhouse was a great outing and had its own daily activities. Home was exactly as pictured with no issues. Community was walkable and target/Marshall and a host of other stores were in a very short distance. Host was super responsive to any minor questions!
