Clubhouse is a 8 min walking distance from the house.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 first days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating January to May and September to December.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (If you think as a rectangular shape, and not including a little area from the steps)
Pool Depth: is 3ft deep at one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 Plus Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchange propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels available for all guests.
Please note:
The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets, guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside of the house.
We do not provide washcloths.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door, there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 03 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 9 am – 9 Pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.
Are there discount park tickets available? At times there are certain promotional ticket purchases. You can contact the onsite Guests Services/Concierge.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The stay was perfect for our 3-day visit to Disney. The parks were 10-15 minutes away. It was easy to enter/exit the community. There was a Walmart 5 minutes away along with many other shops. The house itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the showers always had hot water. Our kids enjoyed the pool and it was an easy house for us to stay at with our dog. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Storey Lake. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood pool was fun. It's between 12 and 20 min to the various Disney parks. Many other conveniences in the area, which made it more desirable than staying at Disney for us (grocery, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, restaurants, etc).
The rental company did a great job with communication. check-in and check-out were easy. We had no problems during our stay.
It was a better experience than staying in a similarly priced hotel in the area and deserving of 5 stars.
notes: the cooking utensils and waffle iron are in bad condition, which made it hard to cook. they limit the AC to 72, which is a little warmer than we prefer. the pillows weren't that great, but the beds were very comfortable. Groceries in the area cost double what they are in NC.
Clean, spacious, excellent
The townhouse is amazing, with very up-to-date furniture and appliances. The private heated pool is a strong plus and the access to the nearby club is also something to highlight. Finally, it's really close to Disney, which is essential for you to not miss anything from the parks.
My main/only complaint was that we were staying there but also working remotely for a couple of days, and the internet is really bad. It goes off and on again very often, which makes it impossible to make any video conference calls. I was glad to be working for just two days there and on vacation for the remaining of my stay.
Perfect place for a big family vacation to Disney World/Universal Studio. Magic Vacation team responded to all of my inquiries very quickly in details with accurate instructions. Highly recommended! I am going to contact them for my next Orlando visit for sure.
This was a great location, close to restaurants and attractions. The amenities were amazing. We had our own pool, but could also use the resort style pool with a lazy river too. The place was clean and had a lot of space. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The stay was very comfortable considering the ongoing pandemic. The house was in clean condition and when we called about the coffee maker not working a new one was provided asap. We will certainly look at redoing our trip when things get back to normal.

This is our 5th VRBO that we have stayed in over the last year and is by far the best!! It was like coming “home” every day after our busy days of exploring the area. Wouldn’t change a single thing! The advice to try Detwiler’s farm market was great! The freshest seafood! Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved out stay here. The decor was amazing and loved all of it. You are so close to Disney (EPCOT and MK are about 17mins and AK and Hollywood Studios are about 12mins). Target and Wal-Mart and Publix are maybe 3mins away. Highly recommend this place and we will rent again. Mulcy was amazing and answered all of our questions quickly.

I recently stayed at this property with my husband and three children, ages 7 to 10. We all had a wonderful time because the home felt as comfortable as being in our own home.
It was a very convenient location for visiting Disney World (just 10-15 minutes away) and for shopping, etc. My children were so excited about sleeping in the perfectly decorated bedrooms, and they loved the Disney themed decor throughout the home. We did not end up using the private pool. However, we did go to the community pool twice and really felt as if we were in a resort. It was very relaxing and the children had nonstop fun on the slides and sprinkler area and we all enjoyed the lazy river. (My only tip is to bring your own towels for the pool, as they are not provided.)
It was easy to communicate with the property manager via email or phone - I always got a prompt reply. And, they checked in via email mid-stay to see how things were going.
Overall, we had a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again!
