Clubhouse is a 8 min walking distance from the house.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating January to May and September to December.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (If you think as a rectangular shape, and not including a little area from the steps)
Pool Depth: is 3ft deep at one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 Plus Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchange propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering to our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, Bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels available for all guests.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door, there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 10 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface—like a doorknob or light switch—and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations.
Note: Based on CDC recommendations, we advise limiting access to your space—including for cleaning—during the 24 hours immediately after each guest’s stay. In addition, Magic Vacation Homes is partnering in Frontline Stays program so we are required to wait 72 hours between reservations to provide ample time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guest, due to a higher risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Storey Lake Resort Frequently Asked Questions...
Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 9 am - 9pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Great communication. We enjoyed the pool and location was convenient to restaurants, attractions and neighborhood was very well maintained. Would suggest taking pictures of kitchen items (glassware etc) for liability purposes. We were accused of breaking items that we did not use. It was a learning experience for us for future stays. If you are looking for a Disney or other local parks vacation this is an excellent option. The Disney parks are about 15 min from the location and their are a lot of restaurants and stores between the home and Disney.
The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were just like the pictures. The kids loved the themed the rooms. I liked that the furniture looked nice but was also kid friendly.
The gated community had a lot of amenities, that made the stay even better.
The host was easy to communicate with, and was responsive.
I would recommend for your next vacation.

This house and location was perfect for our family. The property is clean and we’ll set-up. The themed rooms are so fun and add a little something to the stay. We enjoyed using the pool at the house, as well as the Hideaway Club. They even gave golf cart service to take you the club and back. Perfect location for Disney or Universal or to just enjoy some time in Florida. Checking in and out was a breeze, too. We would definitely stay at this or another location managed by Magic Vacation.

We LOVED the outdoor TV and social area. The kids used the pool quite a bit and having pool floats was an added bonus! The layout of the house was perfect for our family.
Pros:
The space is exactly what is shown. The short drive to Disney (10min, tops) was amazing. Plus you DONT hit tolls between this house and the parks. Lots of grocery stores/Target near by to stock up on items. The house has travel mugs for coffee and ice packs for coolers (coolers not provided). Extra pool towels in the closet. No need to bring your own.

Cons:
Be prepared to buy hand soap and extra toilet paper; this is common for rental homes. The two king beds peaked in the middle and were incredibly uncomfortable. You can only turn the air to 72, so it felt very hot and sticky in the house.
Suggestion: It would be nice if there was a “communal closet” for all the leftover items that people can’t take with them, but the next guest might benefit from. For example: coffee filters, jar of peanut butter, leftover laundry soap. I’d also suggest adding fans to the rooms.

Our first Disney vacation and our first time in Florida! This house is AMAZING!! Everything is EXACTLY like the photos !! My son enjoyed all the character room designs. As we are on our way back home my son is asking to go back lol! The house it self is very elegant in a peaceful community! My family loved this place. The description and photos were accurate. It is very spacious and the themed rooms were adorably perfect. The place was fully stocked with all of the comforts of home and had many small touches I did not think of. There were themed plates & kitchen accessories that excited the kiddos. It was extremely close to the theme parks, Walmart, Target, Publix and many restaurants. The Waterpark was a bonus. And communication with the host was quick, easy and responsive. The home does not have washcloths, but that was disclosed so just make sure to read the description.

We had the BEST time here! We are coming again next year and do plan on staying here again! Pool at the house looked small in pics, but for my family of 6 it was great! The playhouse at the house was a hit for our 18 month old! Pack and play was a good surprise! The Big Pool/Lazy River/Spalsh pad was awesome too. We had some weather where they had to close for a bit to let it blow over. I just reccomend if your place is a little ways from main pool just double checking weather. Staff there were amazing as well! The gate to get in and out of our stay was easy too! There was fun for everyone aged 18 months to 40. Met some awesome other Travelers. Loved this place and experience so much!

We loved how homey the house was, down to the little details such as a nightlight in the Mickey Mouse room. The themed rooms were a favorite for everyone.
The accommodations were perfect with plenty of room for everyone to eat together thanks to the huge dining room table and breakfast bar with comfortable bar stools. Not to mention the pool right outside the sliding glass doors. We definitely got a lot of use out of it !
The amenities were so nice to have including the lazy river, huge slide and volleyball court. All in all it was the best vacation rental we’ve ever had , thanks !

Overall we had a great vacation. The property was exactly how it was presented online. The owners of the house communicated with us promptly from the beginning and were extremely helpful. The house was clean and perfect for our Disney vacation. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have young kids (Mickey room was a hit) since it had a pool, was close to the parks, and the clubhouse with splash pad/water area. This home was perfect in every way. It was beautifully set up when we arrived, from the mickey mouse plates on the island to the mickey characters on the children's beds! They were so excited to be "staying" with Mickey. Everything else needed was there and clean and fresh. The owner e-mailed us upon our arrival to see if we had any questions and happily assisted us in getting to know the television/cable system. The location was also great...10 minutes to Disney and less than 5 minutes to a Publix, Walmart and Target so picking up supplies was easy. Although time and weather didn't permit, the activities that were available on the premises were great and would have provided a lot of fun for the kids as well.I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and the community has wonderful amenities. We could have spent several more days just taking advantage of the neighborhood pool. I took the other reviewers advice and brought extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets and trash bags. Otherwise the house is well stocked. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
