Pet Damage Protection Fee are for damages
and it's refundable if the house is on the same condition it was received when we do our Check Out Inspection.
Any damages caused by the Guest's pet(S) to the property during the staying it's Guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from Guests Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating January to May and September to December.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (If you think as a rectangular shape, and not including a little area from the steps)
Pool Depth: is 3ft deep at one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 Plus Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchange propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering to our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door, there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 03 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface—like a doorknob or light switch—and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations.
Note: Based on CDC recommendations, we advise limiting access to your space—including for cleaning—during the 24 hours immediately after each guest’s stay. In addition, Magic Vacation Homes is partnering in Frontline Stays program so we are required to wait 72 hours between reservations to provide ample time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guest, due to a higher risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 9 am - 9pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.

The place was great, exactly like the pictures. Hosts were responsive when we had technical issues with available Cable TV. Terrific amenities, water park, main pool & private back yard pool were all great to have. Spotless Grill for BBG also appreciated. Convenient location close to Disney Parks, Golf Courses, Shops and Restaurants.
Overall, it was a good experience. Main concern was the noise and security in the complex. Several days of loud parties with several calls to security and local enforcement -no response. Had too personally bang on doors in the middle of the night to get them to turn the music down. Again, this is no issue with the hosts or the unit itself but on weekends there seems to be a party culture with many units overbooked and all-night noise. In no way do I think this is specific to this unit, I think the short-term rental market lends itself to overflow and parties. I think security could work with Airbnb and others to ensure only registered guests get in.

We enjoyed our week at this very clean 4BR/3BA townhome. It was well equipped and everything was in good repair. The kids’ bedrooms were adorably themed and decorated. The gated community entrance was easy to use as the people they had working it were very attentive-we only had to show our parking pass and they opened the gate promptly (most times I barely stopped before it was opening). You have to log in to your own streaming service to watch tv, so be sure to bring your login and password info. (We didn’t know this in advance and struggled to get logged in.) We went to the community pool area to use the lazy river. It was very crowded (lots of kids), but it was the week of Memorial Day so may have been busier than usual? It was very nicely landscaped, had a lazy river, pool and splash pad area for the younger children. There was a bar and music playing- I felt like I was at a tropical resort. Communication from the management of this unit was excellent and they were very responsive. I could not find a can opener and they brought a new one within the hour. Overall, we had a lovely week and would recommend this property.

Overall we had a great vacation. The property was exactly how it was presented online. The owners of the house communicated with us promptly from the beginning and were extremely helpful. The house was clean and perfect for our Disney vacation. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have young kids (Mickey room was a hit) since it had a pool, was close to the parks, and the clubhouse with splash pad/water area. This home was perfect in every way. It was beautifully set up when we arrived, from the mickey mouse plates on the island to the mickey characters on the children's beds! They were so excited to be "staying" with Mickey. Everything else needed was there and clean and fresh. The owner e-mailed us upon our arrival to see if we had any questions and happily assisted us in getting to know the television/cable system. The location was also great...10 minutes to Disney and less than 5 minutes to a Publix, Walmart and Target so picking up supplies was easy. Although time and weather didn't permit, the activities that were available on the premises were great and would have provided a lot of fun for the kids as well.I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and the community has wonderful amenities. We could have spent several more days just taking advantage of the neighborhood pool. I took the other reviewers advice and brought extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets and trash bags. Otherwise the house is well stocked. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
