Pet Damage Protection Fee are for damages
and it's refundable if the house is on the same condition it was received when we do our Check Out Inspection.
Any damages caused by the Guest's pet(S) to the property during the staying it's Guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from Guests Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.
Clubhouse is a 8 min walking distance from the house.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating January to May and September to December.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (If you think as a rectangular shape, and not including a little area from the steps)
Pool is 3ft deep at one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 Plus Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchange propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels available for all guests.
Please note:
The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets, guests can use the washer and dryer machine inside of the house.
We do not provide washcloths.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 03 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
PARKING:
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee and cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 9 am - 9 pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.
Are there discount park tickets available? At times there are certain promotional ticket purchases. You can contact the onsite Guests Services/Concierge.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We had a nice stay at this property. Everything was as it was described in the posting. The themed rooms were thoroughly enjoyed by our children and the beds were comfortable. My only issue with the home was that it smelled like it had no air circulation for several days before we arrived and it took a good 24 hours to minimize the musty smell. I would advise turning down the air a day before arrival of guests. Overall, we were happy with the accommodations and proximity to Disney and Universal parks.

This property was great. My family had a great time, the house was fully supplied with amenities. Check in was a breeze no issues at all. The pool was very clean my grandchildren had an amazing time in the pool. I would stay here again. Had an issue with one of the Master bedroom tv’s but after calling maintenance they came immediately advised it was the picture tube but it did play still it was amazing. TY Magic

We spent 6 nights at this house. Convenient located close to Publix and Walmart supermarkets, small restaurants, Disney Theme Parks (15 - 20min) and Universal (20min). It’s a gated community with access to a small water park, lake, and perfect for morning or afternoon walks.
Loved the place. Our kids were super sad to leave the house after so much fun.

Very spacious and clean. Great communication by hosts. Easy check in. Public pool a bit crowded most days but overall a great location and accommodations. I would stay there again.
This is a great location for people on a Disney vacation.
Quick and easy travel from the airport and to all of the parks. Having your own plunge pool was a great plus for the kids so we could make meals while they played and swam.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. Clean and themed rooms were fun for the kids.
This place was perfect for our family trip!! Close to Disney Parks for convenience and extremely roomy and inviting!! My girls loved the princess room and my nephew really enjoyed the Star Wars themed room. In addition, there where plenty of beds for everyone to sleep very comfortably. High ceilings and good size bedrooms and many bathrooms made out stay very comfortable. The heated private pool was a major plus as the kids loved getting in early in the morning and throughout the day!! The host was great and extremely responsive! To top things off, we got access to the onsite water park, pools, lazy river, basketball court, volleyball court, and fitness center. We spent hours at the water park and the adults enjoyed some drinks at the poolside bar and the kids had food and ice cream. What a great vibe and amenity to have for the entire family!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book an enjoyably family vacation!!

Host was amazing at communicating and very fast at responding. Great decorations and beds are extremely comfortable and tons of extra sheets ,pillows , throw blankets. Tons of pans ,glasses, silverware, storage items,towels etc. the decorations and the flow of the house is a good vibe ! The rooms all have little touches to make it feel very homey.
Close to everything parks ,shopping and tons of restaurants. Had DoorDash and Instacart delivered.
The community pool ,fitness center is a quick drive, we had a blast there. Pool at the house was perfect for the littles and just to relax after a long day at the parks. I seriously have nothing to complain about, the others that commented about noise this is typical when renting in a vacation town it’s harmless and didn’t notice anything that crazy loud ! People enjoying the vacation that’s all ! I highly recommend dealing with this management. I would definitely stay here again..
"Great Disney Family Trip"
This home was wonderful for our family of 8 adults & two children. Location was great — 15 min to Hollywood & Animal Kingdom and 20 min to Magic Kingdom with no I-4 transit. We enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (pool, lazy river, bar, water slide, kid splash pad & more). The home was clean & stocked with all necessities to feel at home. Would stay here again!

My favorite thing about this property was 10 min drive to Disney. There is a Chipotle along the way to Disney so the family would get a big lunch before going to the Disney Parks. Walmart is 2 min away. This was a very clean place.
"Fabulous staycation"
We had a 4 night stay during the pandemic, 4 adults and 5 kids between 3 and 13 years old. We intentionally chose Storey Lake resort for the pool/lazy river/water slide amenities and we used them all every day since we did not go to parks or dine at restaurants. Tell Carlos at the Tiki bar we said hi 😉 We recommend the loaded fries for a poolside snack!
COVID precautious are in effect so they are limiting capacity at the pool and requiring masks at the tiki bar and when you go through the lobby to check in, as well as in the gym.
This unit was perfect for our situation. The beds were comfortable, the older kids had some space to chill away from the little kids, the living area was open, and the kitchen, though small, was well-equipped. Everything was clean and updated. The pool umbrella broke when we first used it, and the owner had it fixed/the base replaced in under 24 hours and with zero inconvenience to us.
We would definitely recommend this unit at Storey Lake!

We wanted to stay somewhere that was well equipped for 10 days. We found this beautiful home. It was clean and spacious and perfect for a large family. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
