POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can send you a request for payment after your booking.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
There is an extra charge for Barbecue Grill $70 + Tax per stay. This includes one propane tank and final cleaning.

Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 10 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
**** PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

Storey Lake Resort Frequently Asked Questions...
Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.
Are there discount park tickets available? At times there are certain promotional ticket purchases. You can contact the onsite Guests Services/Concierge by calling 407-595-3680.

Cleanliness has always been top of mind for hosts and guests. But it’s even more critical as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface—like a doorknob or light switch—and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations.
Note: Based on CDC recommendations, we advise limiting access to your space—including for cleaning—during the 24 hours immediately after each guest’s stay. In addition, Magic Vacation Homes is partnering in Front line Stays program so we are required to wait 72 hours between reservations to provide ample time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guest, due to a higher risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below: - All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $50.00 + tax ($56.75) is NOT Refundable. - If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
20% + $50 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation. The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
This home was wonderful for our family of 8 adults & two children. Location was great — 15 min to Hollywood & Animal Kingdom and 20 min to Magic Kingdom with no I-4 transit. We enjoyed the neighborhood amenities (pool, lazy river, bar, water slide, kid splash pad & more). The home was clean & stocked with all necessities to feel at home. Would stay here again!
My favorite thing about this property was 10 min drive to Disney. There is a Chipotle along the way to Disney so the family would get a big lunch before going to the Disney Parks. Walmart is 2 min away. This was a very clean place.
We had a 4 night stay during the pandemic, 4 adults and 5 kids between 3 and 13 years old. We intentionally chose Storey Lake resort for the pool/lazy river/water slide amenities and we used them all every day since we did not go to parks or dine at restaurants. Tell Carlos at the Tiki bar we said hi 😉 We recommend the loaded fries for a poolside snack! COVID precautious are in effect so they are limiting capacity at the pool and requiring masks at the tiki bar and when you go through the lobby to check in, as well as in the gym. This unit was perfect for our situation. The beds were comfortable, the older kids had some space to chill away from the little kids, the living area was open, and the kitchen, though small, was well-equipped. Everything was clean and updated. The pool umbrella broke when we first used it, and the owner had it fixed/the base replaced in under 24 hours and with zero inconvenience to us. We would definitely recommend this unit at Storey Lake!
We wanted to stay somewhere that was well equipped for 10 days. We found this beautiful home. It was clean and spacious and perfect for a large family. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
Very much enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for what we needed. Pool is much smaller than expected based on pictures.
