Clubhouse is a 8 min walking distance from the house.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 first days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (If you think as a rectangular shape, and not including a little area from the steps)
Pool Depth: is 3ft deep at one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 Plus Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchange propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.

Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door, there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 10 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
** PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED**
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

Cleanliness has always been top of mind for hosts and guests. But it’s even more critical as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface—like a doorknob or light switch—and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations.
Note: Based on CDC recommendations, we advise limiting access to your space—including for cleaning—during the 24 hours immediately after each guest’s stay. In addition, Magic Vacation Homes is partnering in Frontline Stays program so we are required to wait 72 hours between reservations to provide ample time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guest, due to a higher risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Storey Lake Resort Frequently Asked Questions...
Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close?9 am - 9 pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $50.00 + tax ($56.75) is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
20% + $50 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.

Where do I start?! This place was better than we could’ve hoped for. The home was super clean from top to bottom. The pool in the back was the perfect size for my kid! He loved it! The beds were so comfortable, and CLEAN! The townhome was also close to everything you could imagine. Dining, shopping, Disney, water parks, etc. There were plenty of utensils, Trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Contact was super fast if we had any questions, and they were very helpful. This is your sign to book this place! We will 100% be back!

Our experience w/Casa Crusoe was very mediocre and complicated at best. The amount we paid to stay here I expected better customer service and a better experience. It started out by us communicating with a property manager who clearly was not very well versed on the policies of AirBnb nor the US ADA. However, we got everything cleared up and were able to book our vacation. Next, we were made aware that there was a roof leak due to hurricane in Fl. As a result there was a bucket placed in closet to catch water. We were told the problem would be addressed during our stay. Unfortunately, the problem was not able to be addressed. This meant the bucket was left in the master closet during our entire stay. The bucket had pieces of sheet rock from the ceiling and a water stain. Which meant we did not feel comfortable using the closet during our stay. Which would not have been a big deal except that meant we had luggage taking up most of the floor space during our stay. Which was very inconvenient and we were never again informed of the progress of the roof fix for the entire week. Lastly, there were very small ants in the home as well. We found ants in the bathroom upstairs and in the kitchen. All of these things are small concerns by themselves but collectively caused us to wonder if our money would have been better spent elsewhere. When I brought these things up to the property manager prior to writing this review so as to give them an opportunity to address with us rather than posting anything negative, they went on defense. Instead of offering an apology and looking at how they could make the stay better for future guests, I was told that they have never had insects and they have an exterminator, also that due to the hurricane that caused the leak that no water ever came into the house and from their perspective none of this warranted any changes or did not mean that our stay was less than 5 stars. So, honestly there was little to no point in letting them know our concerns. Check-in was easy, besides the ants the house was clean, there are some small fixes (not including the roof) needed inside the house but other wise the house was in good condition, and the location was close to everything we needed to access in Orlando while avoiding high traffic areas. The property manager responded quickly to any massages as well. This is why I gave them 4 stars but you should not expect 5 star service.

Great location if you are planning a Disney trip! House was as described and very very clean! Beds were super comfortable and the house was specious. The hosts had fantastic communication throughout our whole stay. We ran into a few issues but they were handled quickly. Storey Lake (which is the neighborhood the house is in) is ok but the pool can get VERY crowded and was not clean. Neighbors were loud, so I’m not sure I would consider the neighborhood toddler/young kid friendly. This has no reflection on the host or the house because they were great. We would rent from the host again!
