Magic Vacation Homes works with a Property Management software to launch reservations, synchronize calendars, prepare invoices and advertise homes on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia and others.

  • $145 monthly management fee.
  • Customer Support after hours In English, Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Marketing & Reservations: advertisement of homes on online platforms and social media.
  • Administration: licenses, owner statements and accounting.
  • Maintenance & Operational: request and execution of work orders.
  • Homeowner Support via email and phone.
  • Inspection & Cleaning: pre-check-in and check-out inspections; cleaning and professional laundry services.

Commission

  1. Customers captured by MVH – 20% commission
    All contact with the guest and collecting rental payment is done by our team.
  2. Customers captured by owner – 10% commission
    The owner sends the client to us with the required information, such as date, prices, fees and taxes calculated. Our team handles the contract and collects guests’ signatures, as well as information on access and use of the property. Rental payment must be made to MVH.
  3. Owner’s Customers – No Commission for MVH
    The owner will be responsible for collecting, receiving payment and sending all necessary information about the property to the guest. MVH will only be responsible for cleaning and inspecting the property after check-out. The amount charged should be passed on to MVH as well as the administration fee of $60.
