You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.

Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.

No trailers, boats, campers, or RVs are permitted within the community.  Guests and homeowners are welcome to come in to unload, but must leave the community immediately after.

You will receive home arrival instructions 10 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.

You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.

• You may send packages to the home during your stay. It's recommended that you always send to Encantada Resort clubhouse, the address is: 3070 Secret Lake Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34747, the receptionist will keep the packages, fee may apply if package is not pick up after 2 days. Sometimes, deliveries will be left on the doorstep of your house, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.
