Clubhouse is a 8 min walking distance from the house.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating it's optional, an extra $25 + Tax (13.5%) per Day and this must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior check in.
Pool Heating stays for the length of your reservation, or a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a Hot Tub or a Jacuzzi).
The pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
Just let us know that you want the Pool Heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb booking, we can send you a request for payment after you complete the booking.
Pool Size: is 7.5ft x 14ft (If you think as a rectangular shape, and not including a little area from the steps)
Pool Depth: is 3ft deep at one side and 4ft deep on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50.00 Plus Tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchange propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes Towels and Bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house. And also we offer Mid staying Cleaning that doesn't wash towels and bed linens and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
We are offering to our guest a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels available for all guests.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your trash (BAGGED) at the Bench Bin located in front of the house front door, there is no Recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY/CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 10 days prior to your stay to your email address on file.
You go straight to the house with an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras on the outside of front door and outside of the back door of the house by the pool machines.
Now that you already to book our home, kindly inform us after book if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
After the reservation is done, you will you receive an email request electronically signature for our rental agreement, please look at junk mail to find it. (Airbnb guest doesn't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface—like a doorknob or light switch—and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations.
Note: Based on CDC recommendations, we advise limiting access to your space—including for cleaning—during the 24 hours immediately after each guest’s stay. In addition, Magic Vacation Homes is partnering in Frontline Stays program so we are required to wait 72 hours between reservations to provide ample time to properly clean and disinfect all areas accessible to the guest, due to a higher risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Storey Lake Resort Frequently Asked Questions...
Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 9 am - 9pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Pros: location!! Within 15min to everything and 5min to both Target/Publix. Also 5min walk to the main pool area. We spent a lot of time here with our one and four yr old. Full bar and food menu also. For the price, great find! Easy check in/out
Cons: During our stay the lazy River was not heated and unbearably cold. Biggest con is: they give code for the gym to use "after hours" that does not work (mgmt at pool said code never works). The gym does not open until 9am so we had to pay $150 for another gym for the week (very disappointing and mgmt company basically said tough luck). The house was clean but could have used a couple more items: only 1 dish towel for example, pans were old and hard to use, zero condiments (which is stated) but this included salt and pepper. The grill is not included in the price.
Management response time could have been a little faster also. And friendlier to be honest but the place and location are great!

Overall, we enjoyed staying in the unit. The location and community amenities were great. The check-in process was easy as well and we loved the themes of the bedrooms. I do have to say though that the air conditioner needs attention. Even though we would set the thermostat at 72 (as requested by the owner since they advised that if it was set below 72, the unit would freeze) most of the time the unit would remain around 74 or 75. I did advise the owner of this but no call to a technician was made. I also asked if they would provide fans in the unit since the unit did not have ceiling fans and they did not accommodate that request either. Overall the unit is nice but just be prepared so sweat if the AC issue is not addressed.

Overall we had a great vacation. The property was exactly how it was presented online. The owners of the house communicated with us promptly from the beginning and were extremely helpful. The house was clean and perfect for our Disney vacation. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have young kids (Mickey room was a hit) since it had a pool, was close to the parks, and the clubhouse with splash pad/water area. Thank you so much!!

This home was perfect in every way. It was beautifully set up when we arrived, from the mickey mouse plates on the island to the mickey characters on the children's beds! They were so excited to be "staying" with Mickey. Everything else needed was there and clean and fresh. The owner e-mailed us upon our arrival to see if we had any questions and happily assisted us in getting to know the television/cable system. The location was also great...10 minutes to Disney and less than 5 minutes to a Publix, Walmart and Target so picking up supplies was easy. Although time and weather didn't permit, the activities that were available on the premises were great and would have provided a lot of fun for the kids as well.I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and the community has wonderful amenities. We could have spent several more days just taking advantage of the neighborhood pool. I took the other reviewers advice and brought extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets and trash bags. Otherwise the house is well stocked. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
