2321 – Windsor Island Resort Toggle favorite

Really enjoyed our stay, house is a good size and as described.

Everything was clean and we felt at home straight away, didn’t want to leave!

The club house on site is great and the pools really good with multiple shallow pools for little ones

A couple of minor feedback points to raise on the house

1) some of the walls could do with painting, you can tell family’s have been staying and carrying heavy suitcase’s up stairs

2) I would suggest providing a child safety gate or something similar for the kids bedroom upstairs as the Mickey Mouse bedroom opens straight on the the stairs

Communication from the host was really good and really proactive, much appreciated.

Nothing major and we would happily stay here again, we had an amazing time

beautifully decorated home, once you walk through the door you feel very comfortable and like being at home and not in a "rental". everything was beautifully decorated and gave the home alit of personality. my favorite part was the pool(definitely recommend getting the pool heat as i did not smh)with the TV on the patio for late night swimming and movies! the host were very responsive and well detailed. overall great place and would stay there again!

We had an awesome time and the house was great! Loved the bathrooms in each bedroom, it made getting ready to go out a breeze. The house is very spacious and is decorated beautifully. We would definitely rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was pictured exactly as listed and was beautifully decorated. We especially loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. This made things super easy being that there were multiple families so no one had to try to share a bathroom. We had some issues with security. We were told by the host we simply needed to be listed at the security gate and were given a QR code as well. The security personnel weren’t always super friendly and told us we needed to go to the clubhouse for a pass. Mind you we were told this 3 - 4 days into our stay. But obviously that’s a small issue. We will definitely be back and would recommend Magic Vacations to all our family/friends!

Beautiful Home , Very clean we Enjoyed it very much having our own pool . Plus we did Enjoy the community pool as well . Very close to Disney and lots of Restaurants and shopping. Our Host was very fast in responding to us when we had a question. Thank you very much for sharing your Beautiful home with us . It made our Vacation so much more enjoyable. We will be back .

Nice spacious house for 9 people, pool and lanai were great, we chose to heat the pool in March. Theme rooms for the kids were nice.
Found with 9 ( 4 kids 5 adults) we were unable to eat together as the dining area was not able to seat everyone. We enjoyed our stay, as primarily we picked it for location and that worked. As mentioned in other reviews the close proximity to neighbours can impact your stay, but for families with younger children, which I believe it was designed for, it’s great.

This is our 2nd time staying at Windsor Island and our first time booking with Magic Vacation homes. We absolutely loved how beautifully decorated this house was. You feel right at home the second you walk through the door. My kids were so excited when we surprised them with the extra game room. And the pool and hot tub were perfect. This house was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful for any questions I had. We had the best time and the resort amenities make you feel like you’re at a tropical resort on an island. The food and drinks are great also. They had fun games for the kids to play. I would highly recommend Magic Vacation homes to all my friends and family. Thanks for having us!

We got exactly what we paid for, this place was amazing!!! Perfect for a family and very accessible. I would highly recommend this location and we will use this location again!!! The pool, hot tub, kitchen and space make this a great location.

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Host was responsive and easy to reach. It was nice to have the option of taking advantage of the community resort centre amenities but when returning back to the house in the afternoon or in evening, we had the pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi itself had sun exposure all day while the lounge area is shaded and covered. We also noticed many nearby homes did not have jacuzzi’s so an extra plus for this house. Would also recommend the pool heat.

The home itself was as described and matched the pictures. Plenty of space for large families who want to share a place to stay.

The stay was nice it was a real get away and a piece of mind that house was everything

The home was very clean and the amenities were great. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the pool/jacuzzi was great to enjoy after long days at the parks!

A very nice home my family and I enjoyed every second of it the decor is so beautiful gated community very peaceful neighborhood around restaurants I love it will be coming back soon

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Great location in proximity to the Disney parks with an awesome private heated pool at the house or small “water park” within the community! We will definitely be back!

Great house and amazing amenities! Very spacious living areas and great open floor plan for entertaining. Host was very responsive and helpful!

This villa is exactly as it looks on the website. It was spotlessly clean, well decorated and spacious, with plenty of crockery to cater for a large family.

The outside area is well equipped with a heated pool and jacuzzi, and bbq (both available for extra payment), comfy seating and table and chairs, along with a smart tv.

I would like to add though, the villas are built back to back, with pools adjacent to each other, and very close together. Unfortunately we had an issue with noise very late in the evening/morning for three nights from another villa who were ‘partying’, so bear this in mind if this is not something you would appreciate.
We completely understand that this was not an issue that the management company were responsible for, although they were very helpful and when requested they supplied all numbers to contact roving patrol.

The rooms in the villa are comfortable and each have their own bathroom. Each room has a smart tv for you to log onto. Two of the rooms are decorated to suit the children, and also with bunk beds.

There is a games room, which would benefit from being a little better equipped, with maybe some board games, but it’s decorated wonderfully and has a pool table and an air hockey. Unfortunately the advertised Xbox did not work, and was removed but not replaced. Again, this is up to the owner, rather than the management company to attend to.

The area itself is serviced with a few eateries and a Publix supermarket for your general groceries. However, we felt it to be a little far for daily travel into Disney, due to huge amounts of traffic. What would normally be a 30m drive would inevitably turn out to be almost double that, but for a resort or relaxing stay, it’s ideal.

Windsor island resort is a developing resort, however this house was not affected by noise from any building works in the surrounding area, as it has established villas all around it.

The clubhouse resort pool is in excellent condition with a toddler pool, large main pool and a lazy river with a couple of small slides. There are plenty of umbrellas for shade and cabanas for rent.
There is a bar serving a small range of food and drink, a small store selling snacks, and there is a games room which has a selection of electronic amusements for the children which is free to use; a big plus when the weather turns! There is also a small putting area to play fun golf.

The management company were outstanding and could not be faulted with their almost immediate responses to any queries we had.
We would not hesitate to recommend them when considering renting a villa for a Disney holiday.

When we checked in we had to sit in line for about 20 minutes. The home was neat and clean and big. The bed were old and lumpy and very uncomfortable. The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable. There was very little cooking pans and no condiments not ever salt or pepper. You have to pay to heat the Jacuzzi or use the barbecue. When we arrived the home was extremely hot I called the owner and his response was it was a hot day. I took over a day to cool down the home. The refrigerator and freezer took over a day to cool down we went grocery shopping and all the ice cream melted because the freezer was not cold.

The home is just as pictured . We had ten guests and there was plenty of room. We would stay again if we were in the area

This was extremely nice and great for families! We all enjoyed our time here at the house and on the resort property! The area is very safe and would recommend this house to everyone!

We loved this house. It is very tastefully decorated. Even though we had some issues with the pool heat is was resolved quickly and also quickly refunded. We had a baby with us and they provided us a pack n play and a high chair which was super helpful. They give enough stuff basically for your entire stay it lasted us- Bruno, their maintenance manager was outstanding and we can not say enough about him. He really is truly a gem! Overall great house, good pool and spa and a good stay.

Loved everything about this property! We were experiencing a horror story with a previous rental property and needed to get out ASAP. Found this gem available and we were checking in within hours. Cleanliness, modern decor/ambiance and communication with the management team 10/10! I’d definitely book this home again!

Home was just like the pictures. Everything was nice. Kids enjoyed themselves especially at the water park and the pool at the house. Great place to travel to with your family.

The home worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of sleeping space, the garage game
Room and pool area gave more space to hang out and the clubhouse pool was wonderful. I really can’t think of any complaints I would have and would definitely recommend this home to another family looking to stay in the area. It was also nice to have the smaller private pool for some night swimming.

The house is amazing! The communication and response with Magic Vacation was easy and efficient. The place accommodate adults and kids with comfort and a lot of fun!

Great vacation home for all ages. The pool was amazing and so nicely warmed (SO worth the extra $$). Overall had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Book it! Absolutely awesome place with everything you need! Place was spotless and was everything we were expecting. communication was great, very clean, have booked many other properties in Orlando and this one was my favorite, I suggest ordering the POOL HEATER we're glad we did. House is exactly as pictured! Beautiful clean space. Games room / BAT CAVE was super cool. Great community and common area was perfect for our kids to play. Limited sun exposure in the pool area. Good for hotter days but not great for tanning.
