2611 – Veranda Palms Resort Toggle favorite

Olá!
Nossa experiência foi bem agradável, a recepção super gentil e rápida bem como apreciamos, sem burocracia. A casa é muito bem equipada e aconchegante.
Está tudo em boas condições. As demandas de manutenção foram atendidas prontamente.
A solução da iluminação da piscina não funcionou mesmo após a colocação da extensão.
O sistema de ar condicionador não é eficaz para casa toda. Se abaixa muito a temperatura alguns ambientes congelam para outro ficar agradável e se o contrário, outros esquentam.
No entanto considero essas ocorrências pontuais.
Mas a saída deixou muito a desejar! Fui surpeendido com uma lista de tarefas para deixar a casa, algumas faz sentido e outras são na nossa opinião desnecessário para quem está deixando uma locação.
E pra nos deixar ainda mais frustrados, o pedido de estender o check-out para as 12hs foi negado.
Gostaria muito de deixar 5 estrelas, pois vamos guardar boas recordações desta experiência na casa, mas esse detalhes me impedem.

We loved our stay! We give this house 5 stars and would recommend this place to others. The home was clean, had comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone! We felt right at home! The pool was clean and a good size. The location is great-close to plenty of places to shop, eat, and check out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My teenage boys also enjoyed the workout facilities at the club house. This home was perfect for our family! Thank you!!!

Lovely and peaceful setting, enjoyed watching the wildlife during our poolside breakfasts. Comfy beds and professionally cleaned linens . Kitchen is well furnished , had all we needed to prepare a full egg breakfast to heating up pizzas. Outdoor furniture and pool area are well kept and very clean. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, very easy to navigate around the area. Close to Target, WaWa's and many restaurants. Would definitely return.

This was home away from home truly. The home was so cozy, and had everything you needed to start but especially in the kitchen if you needed to cook. Quiet neighborhood, everything close by, AC worked great, beds were comfortable, lots of space for the kids, and the pool was spotless!

Some of the items that we did have issues with were outside of the owners hands so we will not hold it against them. And they were super responsive to our messages so that was great.

Only recommendation would be absolutely pay for the heat during colder months. We regretted not paying for it after the fact but the kids still had a wonderful time in the pool.

Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Great home! We will absolutely stay here again. For us, not having a home on both sides was a huge plus! The pond was peaceful and a great “neighbor” 🙂

the accommodation was perfect for a family of 12 on a vacation to SeaWorld.The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the weekend..just like home. nice quiet neighborhood. nice pool.i would definitely stay hereagain and recommend it to friends and family.

Pictures accurately reflect what you see is what you get. Close to tons of amenities, but nicely off the beaten trail.

La mejor experiencia con el equipo de Magic Vacation, me respondieron cada preguntas en forma ágil y eficiente, la ubicación de la casa es inmejorable, todo muy cerca, desde supermercados y farmacias, pero si tu intención es compras, existen centros comerciales muy cerca con las principales tiendas, pero lo que quiero resaltar es que la ubicación de la casa nos permitió disfrutar desde la piscina de encuentros desde flamingos, venados, nutrias y un pequeño alligator que hizo aún más inolvidable para mi y mi familia nuestra estadía, todo en una forma segura.

Todo funcionó perfecto, lavadora, secadora, estufa, microondas y una serie de electrodomésticos que encontraras en la cocina incluido su lavaplatos que nos dejo tiempo para disfrutar más en familia, las habitaciones más que funcionales y espaciosas, definitivamente les recomiendo esta casa.

We really enjoyed staying at this house as it was very comfortable and the rooms were decorated in a very aesthetically pleasing way. In fact, my son loved “his room”. The host was always responsive. He even tried to resolve an issue we had with the pool once by immediately calling their pool company and seemed concerned. The problem arose from the pool company, not the host. So, I can’t blame them for that. On a different note, I would suggest allowing guests to use the garage because: (1) if it’s raining it’s the best way inside the house; (2) it’s a more comfortable way to bring in the groceries; (3) one of the reasons we prefer to rent a house than a condo is precisely because of the garage. Still, the stay was lovely and we would return. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant stay!! Large pool, beautiful decor, clean, comfortable, and outstanding customer service from the host!! I recommend this home!!

Our stay in Kissimmee was fantastic and a big part of that was because of this house. The house and pool was beautiful and incredibly clean. We never had to clean the pool with the skimmer even once. There’s plenty of TVs and apps when relaxing there and it’s in a gated community. Water park area and fitness room were great as well and we enjoyed them! Hosts communicated quickly and was very kind. The house is a busy but lively area of town where there is plenty to see , do and eat.

This home was amazing and close to everything. Walmart was less than 5 mins away with everything we needed near by. The drive to Universal was less than 30mins. The home was very spacious. Our group of 10 fit comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation home with a private pool. Owner was available to respond any questions we had.

The house is located in a nice gated community, with a great view and close to everything. Overall a great experience, the small issues we had, were fixed easily and the crew from magic Vacations was always available to help us. Very worth the money.

The house was nothing short of amazing! My family really enjoyed this house! It was very clean, in a great location. The pool was great and there was plenty of pool towels and regular towels for all of us! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay.

Our experience at Mulcy’s place was above and beyond expectations. The house is exactly as announced, but we were positively surprised with the amazing pool area with a view to the lake, no neighbors to your right and, therefore, a lot of privacy. Definitely a differential amongst so many options in the city. We’d highly recommend this property and we wish we have a chance to stay there again soon.

This is a beautiful home, nice furnishing throughout. Walk in showers to large bathrooms off the master bedrooms, enclosed pool with a beautiful pond in back. The owner Mulcy was exceptional, he answered all questions with exceptional follow through, he's also very personable and cordial. I really enjoyed my stay and when in Orlando I will definitely rent this lovely home again

This is a great home with amazing communication with owner. I wanted a long private weekend get away with my 3 sons and this was a perfect place to meet all of our needs. The pool was great for the kids and everything was clean and beautifully decorated! Overall an amazing stay!

We have rented 4 times through VRBO. All were good with one exception. But Veranda Palms has been by far the best rental so far. The house was very clean and everything worked. The air conditioning was more than adequate for the time of our stay and the pool was always warm. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool and workout facilities at the community's center are well maintained.The house is an end unit which provided for a little extra privacy and even more nature views.

The only two things that some people may have a problem with is the fact that the house was directly under a flight path for a small regional airport. We actually enjoyed watching the planes landing and the landings occurred mostly during the afternoon so it was not a problem sleeping. The televisions were ROKU TV s and it was a system that we really are not familiar with. We did manage to get to Netflix and use our subscription to watch shows there.

All in all a tremendous stay at a reasonable price.
