Pet Policy:
- Let us know if you are bringing a pet (how many, weight, breed). Max weight 35 lbs; 2 small pets max.
- Additional Pet Charge: $175 + tax (per pet)
- Pet Damage Protection: $250 (Refundable)
Any pet-related damages are guests' responsibility. Charges for repairs will be deducted from Damage Protection or card on file.
POOL HEATER:
$25 + tax/day; must be requested at booking or 3 days prior to check-in. Minimum 5 days. Spa only warms with pool heater on. Operates 7 am-7 pm, temp 82°-88°F (varies seasonally). Functions less effectively near freezing. Recommend heating from Sept-May.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax for BBQ use; guests exchange propane. Includes cleaning and wear.
LONG STAY CLEANING:
Reservations over 21 days require extra cleaning; prices depend on home size. Regular Cleaning (includes towels and linens) is the same as booked cleaning cost. Mid-Stay Cleaning has no linens/towels washing, priced lower.
Laundry service available. Limited towels based on occupancy; no extra sets or washcloths.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
-Â If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
A deposit consisting of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus a $60 booking fee and applicable taxes, is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the arrival date.
For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, full payment (100% of the reservation total) is required at the time of booking.
