**Pet Policy:**
Let us know if bringing a pet: number, weight (max 35 lbs), breed. Pet Fee: $125 + tax (per pet); Pet Security Fee: $250 refundable.
Fees for damages; refundable if in same condition post-inspection. Damage by pets is the guest's responsibility.
**POOL HEATER:**
$30 + tax/day, requested at booking or 3 days prior. Needs to stay on during your stay (min 5 days). Spa only heats with pool heater on. Heat may not work near freezing weather. Recommended Sept to May.
**BBQ GRILL RENTAL:**
$50 + tax; includes cleaning and wear.
**LONG STAY CLEANING:**
Reservations over 21 days require additional cleaning services. Regular cleaning includes towel/linen washing; Mid-Stay cleaning does not.
