POOL HEATER:
Pool heater fee: $25 + tax/day, must be reserved at booking or 3 days prior. Heater should stay on for reservation length (minimum 5 days). Spa heats only if pool heater is on. Operates 7 am-7 pm, temp 82°-88°F. Recommend heat Sept-May.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) to use the grill. Guests exchange propane. Fee covers final cleaning.
LONG STAY CLEANING:
Reservations over 21 days incur extra cleaning fees depending on house size. Regular and mid-stay cleaning options available.
LAUNDRY:
Professional laundry service available. Towels according to capacity; washer/dryer in-house. No washcloths provided.

Amazon deliveries left at the door; not responsible for lost/stolen items. Clubhouse receives USPS only. Other parcels must be delivered to your house.
