Pet Damage Protection Fee is refundable if the house is in the same condition it was received after our check out inspection.
Any damages caused by the guest's pet(s) to the property during the stay is the guest's responsibility.
Any repair will be charged or discounted from the guest's Damage Protection Fee or credit card on file.
Charges are processed or requested after booking.
POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional for an extra $25 + tax (13.5%) per day and this must be requested at the time of the booking or at least 3 days prior to check in.
Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a hot tub or a jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December.
Please let us know if you want the pool heating and we can add the amount to your reservation.
Pool Size: 7.5 ft x 14 ft
Pool Depth: 3 ft at one side and 4ft on the other side.
BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
$50 + tax (13.5%) is the charge to use the BBQ Grill.
Guests are responsible for exchanging propane.
The fee covers the final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
LONG STAY EXTRA CLEANING:
Please keep in mind that any reservations longer than 21 days are subject to extra cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary according to the size of the house.
We offer Regular Cleaning that includes towels and bed linens wash and it's the same price of the cleaning fee that you are paying for your house.
We also offer Mid Stay Cleaning that doesn't include towels and bed linens wash and the price is almost half of the regular cleaning fee.
We can add the additional cleaning after booking is processed.
LAUNDRY:
We are offering our guests a professional laundry service delivered to the house.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rug, kitchen towel and pool towels are available for all guests.
Please note: The number of towels is according to the house capacity, there are no extra sets and guests can use the washer and dryer that are inside of the house.
We do not provide washcloths.

GARBAGE:
Trash is collected daily in the community. Please place your BAGGED trash in the bench bin located in front of the house, there is no recycling. For excess garbage please take to the nearest dumpster in the community.
ENTRY INTO HOME/KEY CODE:
You will receive home arrival instructions 3 days prior to your check in to your email address on file.
You will go straight to the house and use an electronic door code that we will provide with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. Door functions with a code keypad.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with security cameras outside by the front door and outside by the back screen door near the pool machines.
After you've booked your home, kindly inform us if you want to add services like Pool Heating and/or BBQ Grill Rental.
When the reservation is complete, you will you receive an email requesting an electronically signature for our rental agreement. Please look at your junk mail to find it (Airbnb guests don't receive this email).
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
You may send packages to the house during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
PARKING :
No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after check out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee or cooking oil will be provided prior to check in.

Storey Lake Resort Frequently Asked Questions...
Are the pools heated year round? Yes, all pools and the lazy river are heated all year round.
What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily.
What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36″ tall and only one rider at a time.
Are there activities at the Resort? Yes, activities change monthly and there are extra charges for some. You can view the current month’s calendar of activities here.
Does the Mini-Golf cost extra? Yes, mini-golf is $5/kids and $7/adults.
How much does the Kayak rental cost? $15/30 mins or $20/hour.
What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. You can view the Tiki Bar menu here.
What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily.
Can we fish in the lakes? Fishing is not permitted in the community.
Does the Resort offer transportation? No, there is no scheduled transportation provided by Storey Lake Resort. However, you may use any private transportation or ridesharing service of your choice.
Are there discount park tickets available? At times there are certain promotional ticket purchases. You can contact the onsite Guests Services/Concierge.

Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be
made in accordance with the terms below:
- All reservation cancelled more than 14 days before the check in date, will be eligible to a 100% refund minus our booking fee of $60.00 + tax is NOT Refundable.
- If a reservation is canceled within 14 days or less before the check in date, the Renter (Guest) will forfeit 100% of all monies paid for that period.
Deposit Policy
20% + $60 + Tax Booking Fee Deposit is due to confirm a Reservation.
The Balance of the reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
If Reservation is made less than 14 days, 100% of the reservation is due at the time of reservation.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

La casa es bonita, pero creo que fue mala suerte la primera noche que llegue nos teniamos aire acondicionado y hacia mucha calor, el cuarto master no servia el ventilador. Me arreglaron el aire acondicionado hasta el dia siguiente, como las 3 pm. El dia siguiente se activo la alarme y desde las 7 am desperto a toda mi familia y no se podia descansar porque sono hasta como 10 o 11 qur fueron arreglarla. Llego en la noche a dormir y en mi cuarto habia cucaracha.

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for the issues you faced.I would like to let you know that we are very proud of the service we provide to our guests, there is a reason why we are Super Host for 6 years in a row.First, I just wanted to say, the equipment does fail sometimes, even though we have a regular maintenance routine, things can happen suddenly, and equipment doesn't tell us when. So the problem with the air conditioning happened and you sent us a message 10:32pm on a friday night, unfortunately we weren't able to get a technician to the house righway but we did send someone on the following morning at 9:38am was at the house. Also, on the 25th, the house has an alarm painel (that we never used) and all the sudden started making some beeping noise that we were not aware of, you sent us a message at 8:32am and we sent out someone from our team with less than one house and we resolved the issue.Now, stating that there are roaches in the bedrooms, I don't think so, they were not even mentioned to us while staying. We have a regular pest control company for regular routine preventions, and even if there was something there, Florida has all types of bugs and people tend to call everything's rouches.
Again, we are very proud of our services, and if you (future guests) are reading these messages so far, please take a look at the reviews that our home has had in the past and also on the reviews that will come after this date.

Perfect location, easy checkin/checkout. The backyard has a privacy screen which was great for our kids to enjoy the pool. Perfect space for two families to enjoy.

This whole place is amazing. From the owners to the actual house. The pool was perfect for my 2 kiddos with the pool being able to be heated, it was perfect for night swims!! I would stay here again in a heart beat!

This was our family's first experience using AirBnB and we were pleasantly surprised! We normally stay on site but you cannot compare the value of what you are getting. This was definitely worth more in terms of what you will get for your money. Our stay was exactly what was advertised. This home in particular was immaculately clean, spacious, warm and inviting. The decor was lovely. Check in and check out was smooth. The host was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. We were given everything we could need from the towels, to the beach towels, to kitchen soap and sponge and more. It was conveniently located across from a Publix which had everything we needed for the trip so we did not have to travel with items. It was also close to a Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, restaurants and outside Disney fun. In terms of distance to Disney - it was perfect! A quick, 10 minute drive down the road. We were home before the kids could close their eyes in the car. We also traveled to Universal Studios which was also a quick 20-30 min drive. We had privacy, space, and quiet. Everything to make our stay as relaxing as possible. A wonderful added bonus is the access to the lazy river, pool, and splash pad 2 minutes away. So much fun in fact that my children asked if we could stay home not once but twice from our trip so they could go there instead of the parks! It was not crowded and the drinks for both kids and adults were delicious (not included but worth it!) Overall you cannot compare all you get for your money - 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, table, living room, pool , from a Disney resort which was 3 times the price and for just a room and a bathroom! Did I mention the washer and dryer?! Such a lifesaver!! I was able to pack significantly less because I had that option to wash and reuse clothing. We had a spot right outside our front door and were able to come and go as we please effortlessly. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering! It was a wonderful experience that will have us using AirBnB again for future trips!

This house was way better than I expected it the decor was beautiful clean and very spacious and very safe. The house was about 5 minutes from the local Walmart and grocery store and mulcy was an amazing host.
