This home is located in Encore Resort. Please note: guests DO NOT have access to the waterpark or any community pools. Available onsite amenities are limited to the restaurant, convenience store, and basketball court.

Pool Heater Information:
The pool heater is available at $30 + tax per day and must be requested at the time of booking or at least 3 days prior to check-in. The heater must remain on for the duration of your stay or for a minimum of 5 consecutive days. Attached SPA is NOT a jacuzzi, It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. The pool heater operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a temperature range between 82°F and 88°F (subject to seasonal variations). The heater uses heat exchange and may not function in freezing weather. We recommend pool heating from September to May. To add the service, please inform us during your stay. For Airbnb guests, a payment request will be sent after booking confirmation.
BBQ Grill Rental:
A BBQ Grill rental is available for $50 + 13.5% tax for the duration of your stay. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane. This fee covers final cleaning and equipment wear and tear.
Long Stay Extra Cleaning:
For stays longer than 21 days, extra cleaning services are required. Cleaning fees vary based on the size of the house. We offer two cleaning options:
Regular Cleaning:
Includes washing of towels and bed linens and is the same price as the standard cleaning fee for your property.
Mid Stay Cleaning: Does not include washing towels or bed linens and costs about half the price of the regular cleaning fee. Additional cleaning services can be arranged after your booking is confirmed.
Laundry Services: We offer professional laundry services delivered to the home. Items such as bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, bathroom rugs, kitchen towels, and pool towels are provided (washcloths are not included). The number of towels provided is based on house capacity, and extra sets are not available. Guests can use the in-house washer and dryer.

Garbage Disposal:
All trash must be placed in 13-gallon bags inside your trash bin or bench.
Trash in to-go bags, oversized bags, or loose will not be collected.
Large trash removal is the guest's responsibility and must be taken off-site.
Do not leave trash on the curbside; trash should only be placed in the receptacles to avoid rodent issues.
Entry & Security: Arrival instructions and an electronic door code will be sent to your email 3 days prior to check-in. There are no keys to pick up; simply use the provided code to access the home. For your safety, the property is equipped with security cameras at the front door and pool area (exterior only).
Packages (Online Purchases): You may have packages delivered to the home during your stay. They will be left at the doorstep, but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please note that USPS does not deliver to vacation homes, so packages via USPS will be returned. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave packages at the doorstep.
Parking: Trailers, RVs, and golf carts are not allowed to park in the community or on the property driveway.
Street Parking Is Not Permitted.
Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Food Policy: As required by Florida law, open food cannot be left in the kitchen or refrigerator. All food items will be removed after checkout. No condiments, coffee, or cooking oil will be provided before check-in.
