The home is beautifully decorated with fun themes throughout the house. This is a very accommodating place to stay with children- from utensils to stools and strollers, they have very thoughtfully stocked the home. The resort was wonderful with plenty of amenities to enjoy our stay.

Overall great stay and got to see someone widelife in the pond/lake at rear of property. Kids enjoyed the sight of the wildlife.

Didn’t feel comfortable throughout stay bed felt moist pillows uncomfortable table glass under wasn’t clean underneath back patio doesn’t lock because pool cleaner comes once a week. Also the inside door lock kept getting jammed for some odd reason to where we had to exit out the back a couple times. No, I did not complain about it I figured they already knew another thing. I kept getting messages throughout the stay talking about make sure the door stays closed when we close the door each and every time we went out of it, which was bothering some to be on vacation to keep getting repeated messages. I don’t believe this is the best location that magic have. Also, there’s more than one camera on the front porch. There’s two and there’s one in the back facing the patio that doesn’t lock. Also, if you do decide to rent, make sure you add everyone that’s in the house to the list or they won’t be able to use clubhouse also gaming room had 4 broke games out of the 10

This vacation home was really well equipped , host was professional and responsive .
10 of us stayed for 16 nights .

Perfect location, easy to find.
Very close to all the Disney parks

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is clean and roomy. The location was perfect! The community pool and play area was close enough to walk to. We also enjoyed our private pool in the backyard. It was a close drive to the Disney parks as well. We would love to come stay here again! The hosts gave great communication and were prompt.

Clean and perfect with kids

It took over an hour to get into the home. The keypad wouldn’t work and we had to wait for the host to respond and allow us access to a spare key. The place was just as pictured though, very nicely themed. The main bath was dirty with mildew as if it hasn’t been clean properly in a while. They had an envelope requesting we tip the cleaning staff. The beds and pillows were so firm, it made it difficult to sleep. For that reason alone I wouldn’t stay there again, which is a shame since it was so nicely decorated.

Whatever you are thinking this place will be from looking at the pictures is exactly what you'll get. The house was nice,great location on the property, was well cleaned & the kids loved it. I would definitely book this spot again. The company was also very easy to work with & responsive.

Amazing place for our 3 week stay, this is definitely one of the nicest villas we have stayed in, in Florida, very close to the disney parks, and minutes away from shops and restaurants on the 192. the accommodation was spotlessly clean on arrival and directions, access details were easy to follow.
The villa was as advertised and exactly as the photos shows, everything we needed for our stay was there.
We found the estate very quite and the area around the pool very private and a great view over lake, the proximity to the communal pool was very handy with the bar and Starbucks in the main building walking distance across the road.
Excellant communication from Magic before, during and post our stay.
I would highly recommend this villa and Magic Vacations to anyone.

Very clean house with cute decor! Close to Disney parks and tons of places to eat.

Everything was exactly as listed, the host was very responsive, we had everything we needed for a great vacation!

We stayed here in February and found the home to be just as advertised. It was clean and organized on arrival and all needed information was clearly communicated. Great place. I would recommend this home. The property amenities were also a nice bonus.

I spent 2 weeks at this location and didn't want to leave. I loved being across from the clubhouse and pool. The townhome was so clean and it was so easy to find. I loved being able to park right outside my door. It was about 20 minutes to each of the Disney parks and Disney Springs, which was very convenient. I walked or ran many times while there and felt comfortable inside the property, as well as outside the property. I have already told my husband that I want to book this same townhouse again in the future. I will definitely be back. I also had food delivered a couple of times and used Uber a couple of times with no problems. This was a perfect location and beautiful townhome.

Home away from home!!

Clean, matched description, easy to deal with hosts. Pool heat was a great temp, bbq was clean as good to use. Had a great time!

The place was fantastic, perfectly located in the Paradise Palms resort, and it felt secure too.

The house was immaculate, very clean and well furnished with nice sized rooms. The two themed rooms were a nice touch too.

The Magic team were very responsive and proactive pre and during my stay. I will happily stay at their place again.

This is the type of home all you need to do is bring laundry detergent groceries and season and you will be right at home very quiet clean comfortable you really don’t have to go anywhere after you get everything you need

We really enjoyed staying at Magic’s place. It was cleaned and looked just like photos. The community was beautiful and lots to do. Magic was very responsive and a great host. I would definitely stay there again.

Great home! Very clean. We loved our stay. The clubhouse was amazing. Great host. Very responsive, and helpful.

We booked this property for our Disney vacation based on the positive reviews and it did not disappoint! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The property was clean, cool, and had everything we needed! We loved the decorations and magical touches throughout. Close proximity to the main pool and playground was much appreciated with toddlers! About 15-20 minutes from most Disney properties, plus you could always hit up a Starbucks on the drive over. The whole Kissimmee area has plenty of dining and shopping options! We had a great vacation with our family, and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Townhome with all the amenities you’ll need. The pool was like new (very clean). Everything in the townhome was very clean and well organized. Also, well located, with easy access to Theme Parks, SeaWorld, and numerous restaurants and supermarkets. This is truly a home away from home! We will undoubtedly recommend this place to my family and friends. We will be booking with Magic Vacation Homes whenever we revisit Orlando. Thanks again for truly exceptional accommodation. We spent Thanksgiving week visiting Disney and Universal parks. This house was less than 20 mins away from all parks, the home was clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a thanksgiving meal. The kids enjoyed the community pool with two hot tubs and they have a poolside bar with food and drinks! Everything went smoothly and I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area with their family. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids and my father and his pup enjoyed the home while we were out most days. Thanks again!

So pleased we decided to stay here! The host was so responsive to all questions, the home was clean and comfortable (our daughter loved the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom). The community felt safe and is a good distance from all the Disney parks (approx. 15-20 mins depending upon which park). Would definitely recommend.

Location is in front of the clubhouse so only need to walk crossing the street to the big pool. Very clean and beautiful decorations. recommended.

A great townhome centrally located to everything. We had a great stay! The host was quick to respond if we had any questions. The home was equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable visit.

Wonderful property!

If this condo were somewhere else I’d give it a full five stars.
The condo was great and nicely decorated. It was spacious and our family felt at home. I was a bit nervous seeing all the signs warning of extra fees for things like moving furniture possibly breaking the ac if it was set below 72. My mother who is a bit older and unfamiliar with Airbnb was really confused by some of it so if you’re renting with someone used to hotels make sure they’re aware of all the rules and procedures.
The lowered star was mainly for the loud parties at various other condos that lasted well past midnight. The community pool was also closed 3 days during the week and completely unsupervised giving room for people to break rules behave like they weren’t in public. However, none of this is the owner’s fault and I feel bad lowering the review but it really affected our stay.
I did realize at the airport we all thought the other cleaned the fridge and pantry out so we accidentally left food there, hopefully not a big deal.

The place was so cleaned, organized and spotless my whole family loved it.
I would recommend this place to anyone with taste for classy and clean homes to rent

This is one of the best airbnb houses we've stayed in. Perfect for families with a keen eye for detail. Located in a great gated community with excellent facilities such as gym and a large pool. We've stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. Host is very attentive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience! The home was beautiful, clean, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and theme parks. This particular unit was also incredibly close to the community clubhouse area, which made our stay even better. The host was kind, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be staying again!

Home is very spacious and clean. It’s in an excellent location in front of the community playground for young kids and the pool. The big pool was heated so it was excellent even with cold weather. The host attended all our requests in minutes.

The house was absolutely amazing and Mulcy was so nice and helpful. Will definitely book with him next time I’m in Florida.

Mulcy was a phenomenal host. He was really responsive and extremely accommodating. You should have no concerns about renting a place from him. The space was very large and the little private pool was great. This is a very large community and depending on where you place is located you could have a very long walk or have to drive to the pool and clubhouse, but Mulcy’s place is literally as close as you can get to the huge pool and other great facilities. It’s literally across the street, which makes a HUGE difference.

It was obvious that the home had been recently redecorated. It was very clean, good beds and had everything we needed plus the perfect location for the club house pool area. Overall we were very happy.

Check-in was easy. We couldn't find sheets for trundle bed in harry potter room but we called manager and they responded right away and someone was at the house quickly. The only little issue we had was neighbors were loud and walls seemed a little thin. Overall great experience. We would use them again.
