very nice condo. had issue with pool heater not working but they did send someone out to get it going a few times. I deserve a refund for at least 2 nights

This is a perfect family getaway. It was only 20 minutes to universal. It was great to be able to walk over to the resort pool and waterslides. The host was very responsive! I would absolutely stay here again as it is a perfect spot.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed and truly felt like a home away from home. Upon entering, we were greeted with welcoming music playing on the TV, which immediately set a warm and inviting tone.

One of the highlights was having access to the amazing clubhouse the pool is beautiful and there are so many activities to enjoy. The Storey Lake area itself is absolutely beautiful. Just walking around the lake was so peaceful and relaxing, which we really appreciated.

Although we didn’t have children with us on this trip, the themed rooms are awesome and so much fun perfect for families traveling with kids. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful community. We would absolutely recommend it!

The place was nice and as the photos portrayed. But we unfortunately had a few things go wrong with the place that made for uncomfortable experience. After 10 hours of travel, we entered the Airbnb and the temperature was set at 99 F. It was past 11 pm and we could only notify them via the APP and open windows to try and cool the place down. No one slept particularly well that night. Magic Vacation did fix the problem late the next day and we were worried it wasn't going to be fixed and we would have to endure another sweltering evening. The garborator didn't work. And the hot water heater broke down on our second last day which made showering pretty chilly. The last two items were reported immediately upon discovery but were not fixed before we checked out. One last comment, the carpeting looks pretty shabby - dirty and worn.

Casa confortável para 2 famílias com 2 ou 3 filhos cada, perto dos parques da Disney, um pouco mais longe da Universal, Walmart Calypso do outro lado da rodovia, muito cômodo esta proximidade.
Condomínio muito seguro, resort com piscina aquecida, rio lento, toboágua, etc

Lugar limpio , cómodo, bien ubicado . Buena comunicación con el host . Igual que en las fotos .

Our family of 5 had a great time in Story Lake. The house was exactly as described, great themed rooms that our kids loved. Spacious, pool is great after long days at the parks - 12 mins to Disney with no traffic and 18 mins to Universal. Close to groceries and shopping - would stay again!

We felt right at home. The lay out of the house was perfect for us.
The clubhouse amenities were great for both adults and kids.
Close to so many restaurants and theme parks.

My wife and I chose this place because of how nice the rooms looked, the resort, and location.

The place itself is nice and smells clean, until you turn on the showers. I was told by the hosts that the smell the showers gave off (sulfur and rotten eggs) was normal Florida water. This is not true, ive been to few different places in Florida and this is the first time ive had this issue. They sent a "maintenance tech" who told them there was no odd smell, just the normal "Orlando water smell". if thats the case, then Orlando should really invest in their water plants.

The bedrooms were clean for the most part, until your really check. I'm big on cleanliness, so I always check linens, covers, and mattresses. I found brown stains on our bed covers and linen. also found red blood spots. ( I have pics)
I asked if they could please send cleaners to remove or wash them but they said not possible until the following day. So my wife had to wash all the bed linens, on our vacation...

Amazing, beautiful one of a kind home !!! It was defined worth every single penny. The amenities are amazing as well as home is close to everything. I’m really grateful to have had this home as part of our vacation memories. Thank you again !!!

Já ficamos no Storey Lake em algumas outras oportunidades e podemos dizer que essa foi a melhor experiência que tivemos, dentre todas. A casa é muito bem equipada (cabides, louça, etc), os móveis são excelentes (camas, cadeiras, sofá) e localização interna no condomínio é excelente. Além da linda vista do lago, a casa fica muito próxima ao clube, basta atravessar a ponte a pé. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Com toda certeza escolheríamos essa casa para uma outra estadia.

We had a great stay. The location was great for nearby food and shopping as well as easy access to Disney. The walk to the water park was short and pleasant.

This was an excellent place to stay for our family - loved the themed rooms. The location allowed for an easy drive to the parks and of some local sites such as the town of Celebration. Close by were supermarkets and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and made use of the club house. Would highly recommend this place for a stay in Orlando.

I really enjoyed this beautifully decorated and detailed to a family townhouse. Magic was very easily accessible if needed but we did not need to contact them during our stay as all the check in and check out instructions were made very clear by written emails and several postings throughout the house, which were very helpful. The community pool did not allow any food or drinks brought from home which was the only negative I can say about this property. Other than that we were happy with our rental and had a great time throughout our stay.

Great! Clean! Responsive! Easy as a first timer!

Traveling with 4 children ranging 9-15 can always be stressful. This property took the stress away and was everything we could have wanted, and more. The kids were excited for the themed rooms and the private pool. The walking distance to the clubhouse was perfect ! Even arriving early in the morning we felt right at home, and that feeling carried on through the week, the kids didn’t want to leave !

This place was an awesome! Bring your own coffee though! There’s a Keurig and a regular pot but no coffee.

We had a great time at this townhome in Storey lake! When you walk in, everything is exactly as pictured, the glass tables and mirrors are spotless, it smells fresh, there are little table settings on the island counter, adorable. It's walking distance from the clubhouse which was a great time for everyone.The managing group was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as our flight landed in the morning, and we were very grateful. Unfortunately there were some bugs in the house, which is not the managing company's fault at all, as storms were coming I believe that bugs were finding their way into homes in the area, when I reached out to the managing group to let them know, they were very responsive. What was a little concerning was the bathtub had a hair catcher we had to take out to give our son a bath, and that had mold on it like it hadn't been washed in a long time, there were also some wrappers left behind from the previous renter. Everything else was Perfect!

This home was gorgeous and we get right at home. We didn't get to enjoy the amenities of the community due to weather and other theme park plans but we really enjoyed the space. The host was very responsive and communicated well. They went above an beyond to address and answer any questions I had before and after my arrival. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Overall great experience, awesome house with great rooms and amenities.

Cozy. Quiet. Comfortable. Just what our family needed.

Pros: location!! Within 15min to everything and 5min to both Target/Publix. Also 5min walk to the main pool area. We spent a lot of time here with our one and four yr old. Full bar and food menu also. For the price, great find! Easy check in/out

Cons: During our stay the lazy River was not heated and unbearably cold. Biggest con is: they give code for the gym to use "after hours" that does not work (mgmt at pool said code never works). The gym does not open until 9am so we had to pay $150 for another gym for the week (very disappointing and mgmt company basically said tough luck). The house was clean but could have used a couple more items: only 1 dish towel for example, pans were old and hard to use, zero condiments (which is stated) but this included salt and pepper. The grill is not included in the price.
Management response time could have been a little faster also. And friendlier to be honest but the place and location are great!

Overall, we enjoyed staying in the unit. The location and community amenities were great. The check-in process was easy as well and we loved the themes of the bedrooms. I do have to say though that the air conditioner needs attention. Even though we would set the thermostat at 72 (as requested by the owner since they advised that if it was set below 72, the unit would freeze) most of the time the unit would remain around 74 or 75. I did advise the owner of this but no call to a technician was made. I also asked if they would provide fans in the unit since the unit did not have ceiling fans and they did not accommodate that request either. Overall the unit is nice but just be prepared so sweat if the AC issue is not addressed.

Overall we had a great vacation. The property was exactly how it was presented online. The owners of the house communicated with us promptly from the beginning and were extremely helpful. The house was clean and perfect for our Disney vacation. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have young kids (Mickey room was a hit) since it had a pool, was close to the parks, and the clubhouse with splash pad/water area. This home was perfect in every way. It was beautifully set up when we arrived, from the mickey mouse plates on the island to the mickey characters on the children's beds! They were so excited to be "staying" with Mickey. Everything else needed was there and clean and fresh. The owner e-mailed us upon our arrival to see if we had any questions and happily assisted us in getting to know the television/cable system. The location was also great...10 minutes to Disney and less than 5 minutes to a Publix, Walmart and Target so picking up supplies was easy. Although time and weather didn't permit, the activities that were available on the premises were great and would have provided a lot of fun for the kids as well.I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s in a great location and the community has wonderful amenities. We could have spent several more days just taking advantage of the neighborhood pool. I took the other reviewers advice and brought extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tablets and trash bags. Otherwise the house is well stocked. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
